“So I wouldn’t not recommend it, it wasn’t terrible to where we couldn’t eat our food, we were just very disappointed. We went based on reviews and the pictures and our food just was not what was pictured or talked about in reviews. There is New York style thin crust and then there is cracker thin crust, our pizza was cracker thin crust and I’m not a fan. Their “hand breaded” boneless wings were comparable to tyson frozen boneless wings and looked nothing like what was in the pictures. Their ranch tasted and looked like bottled ranch and not home made ranch which was also disappointing. Again, not angry or anything, just very disappointed. Reviews and pictures are very misleading. It was quick and easy and the staff was very nice.“

“We've moved away from Robertsdale a few months ago and we miss the taste of the pizza and salad and breadsticks and fettucini Alfredo, basically all the things you get from Vitollis so we ordered dinner today and it did not disappoint!!!! It was like we were back and eating a slice of pizza and salad after school with the kiddo talking through the day and loving how great the food tastes and the people always doing the extra things you cant buy!!! It's hometown even if its not your hometown and family owned everybody knows how that feels and what it means to patronize a family run business. “So, I had had pizza from here before but it was when a friend ordered and brought to our condo to share with us and it was so good. But! My sister and I drove down yesterday for haircuts and we were hungry when we got here but didn’t know what we wanted. We decided to just drive around until we saw something we would want. “I have ordered from Vinnys every time we come down. Well this week we ordered twice they do have the best pizza but customer service is something different. I ordered a pizza the 2nd time and it was all to the side like it went all over the place. The young lady on the phone said she remember when it happened. As soon as she handed him the pizza she heard it. First then correct it dont send it out for delivery it was almost 63.58 order. I called the lady was very nice but the manager not so much. So no help from them or door dash.“

“Picked up three pizzas a NY style Hawaiian, hand tossed supreme, and thin crust BBQ chicken. All were actually delicious! I never been a Domino's fan and it's been probably a couple years since I've eaten a Domino's pizza. These pizzas were so good! I don't know if it was the location or Domino's has made some changes, but I'll have to order here again soon!“

“Wonderful new dining experience! The chef has truly adapted Northern Italian cuisine to our fresh seafood on the coast. The side dishes, appetizers, salad all wonderfully complemented my main course. But, the hit of the night for us was our server, Hilary, who was extremely attentive, friendly, and who made us feel at home and like family . We very much look forward to returning again and again“

“This place has been around since my childhood. All of it close to my childhood memories. They got hit hard with demand on opening based on when we got there, but they started cranking out the pizzas and calling out when they are up.

Not docking stars for these below points but my recommendation is to fix them, somehow.

The only thing that is starkly different but still okay is the apple desert pizza. It is tradition to save room for a slice or two to end cap the buffet splurge. When I was a kid it had cinnamon apple pie filling as a part of the sauce but that is missing. Only thing that gives a hint of its past self is the cinnamon crumbs. The sauce I gather is only vanilla pudding which make a decent custard pastry sauce but it is not really apple pizza anymore.

Also I don't remember if it the bathroom was as slippery back then but if my hand was not still on the door when stepping in I would have busted it hard. Straight up near frictionless in there.“

“This review is mostly about the customer service. The manager was very polite and was quick to fix an error that happened with my order. The pizza itself was good, and not overly greasy, unlike previous experiences with other pizza I've eaten from other fast food places.“

“I always ordered specialty pizza with complicated customisation. I always take out from the counter and check my pizza. I dont want a headache with delivery. or cant check my pizza if its curbside/drive thru. my pizza came with no burnt. decent size of topping, and no details topping missing. I did put some item as extra though but it wasnt like I got charged extra and im not sure is it really extra or not. flavor wise, its delicious, im not complain about anything. will order again from this location.“
