“Food was good as always. Also McDonalds has the best coffee (non negotiable).

I came here this afternoon to get something to eat and my coffee. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with medium fries with my medium coffee.

Food was good. This Loves has great facilities and obviously McDonalds is located right inside of it.

So from the order taker on the speaker to the lady who handed the food at the window with a smile and of course the ones who made my order. “My husband and I go through the drive-thru Monday through Saturday and we always get two small coffees and occasionally we will get a breakfast biscuit sandwich of some type. On Saturdays we get our small coffees sometimes medium coffees and order breakfast sandwiches for our grandchildren and the rest of the family that lives with us here in Hartselle. I just want to say out of all the restaurants here in Hartselle and from a lot that you see nowadays Hardee's is the best food the best service and we love you guys.“

“You get cold food not once but twice. They have two employees riding in a vehicle fast around the building they could have hit someone they did this several times. Terrible service.“

“We hit the drive through at 9 am. The kitchen and window was running efficient and we were on the road pretty quickly. The person running the window was really friendly. I ordered hash brown and McMuffin. The hash brown was a little greasy and smelled of old, teetering on the edge of burned oil. (-2stars) The McMuffin was great.“

“I have a lot to say about this restaurant. I come here quite often and I’ve notice the patterns of if everything’s good and well, and when it’s not. Mornings are hectic and I know that the wait will be a while and recently i’ve realized it’s normally only 2 people in the drive thru and front area. So I understand the wait there. But what I don’t understand is night shift. Earlier this week(Wednesday I believe)I had came through the drive thru and I had to wait at the speaker for at least 5 minutes. When I finally got my order taken I got to the window and their was a young man with a jacks boggin and we was wearing a black jacks shirt and his hair was a little longer in the back (from what I could assume) he was very quick getting my money back and getting it correct, he went and got my food and that was also pretty quick but the girl with the headset on gave my food back to me was nothing but rude and seemed like rush to get me out of the drive thru. I felt very disrespected. She had real long blond hair in a hair net with a grey jacks hoodie that said something about biscuits. But that young man was fantastic! I wish i could’ve gotten his name or i would put it in this review. But great job to him, for being quick getting my food and money back to me without me feeling rushed or an inconvenience.“
