“First time trying Hiro - great food, love it!“

“I visited the Fayette AL location today just a little after 3pm. I had a mobile order which I tend to use when I visit. Usually I give the code found in the app and the cashier confirms my order and I pull forward. Today I was in formed that I need to check in and the code was not sufficient. I asked how I check in to which the cashier replied I do not know we don't know anything about the app. I did not appreciate the tone of her response so I left the drive thru, parked and went inside. I explained what happened to the cashier at the counter and began to switch my order from drive thru to counter. While waiting I could hear the drive thru cashier explain to the manager with the same tone that she spoke to me in her side of the encounter. Somehow my order appeared when I switched it from drive thru to the counter. When I received it everything was hot and fresh.
My only issue with this visit was the disrespectful tone of the cashier and her lack of knowledge to resolve my issue. If your company uses and app that secures payment for orders there should be no reason that a customer can't get the food that they have already paid for. I have never had Chicfila tell me you cant get your food because you don't know how to work the app.
Hoping for a better experience next time. Thank you to the counter cashier and manager on duty for salvaging my experience.“

“We had the chicken salads. Fresh and made to order. Nice staff. Clean and tables where washed quickly after a customer left.

Vegetarian options: Plenty of salad options for a light meal. Not a full vegetarian restaurant but you can have a salad

Kid-friendliness: Regular small store. You expect to see kids. The staff is polite and friendly

Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for wheel chair or walkers“

“I think this is a great place to eat at. The employees are all super awesome, too! I just wish that everyone else, including whoever the corporate people are that comtrol all the Taco Bells, would see that, too. The Taco Bell staff that currently work here, at the time that I write this review, are some of the most honest and hardworking people I know in this town! The food is also consistently fresh and good, too. And always ready in a reasonable amount of time. Who doesn't love Taco Bell!? 10 out of 5 stars, I WILL be eating here again! This joint is a local staple here in Fayette.“
