Cierra and the night crew were amazing! The food was great and the hospitality was even better even after a crazy rush from what seemed like the whole city of florala. Thank you Ciarra and night crew!
Cierra and the night crew were amazing! I will definitely be coming back.
Food was hot and fresh and was ready by the time my online order said it would be. They also were diligent about letting me know they were out of lemonade and let me decide on another drink which they then brought promptly out. Highly recommend this place for reference it was 9:54 pm when we went.

Jack's Family Restaurant offers a mixed experience for its customers, with many praising both the food and service. The food is often described as delicious, with highlights including the fried chicken, burgers made to order with fresh veggies, and the much-loved chocolate shake. Reviewers appreciate the quality of the meals, noting that they have not experienced mistakes with their orders.
However, some inconsistencies have been reported, particularly with the quality of the biscuits, which can vary from fluffy to flat. The service is generally friendly, with standout employees like Amanda, who goes out of her way to assist customers, enhancing their dining experience. Despite some days being better than others, the overall atmosphere is welcoming, although some guests have noted that staff smoking outside can be off-putting.
In summary, Jack's Family Restaurant is a place where customers can enjoy good food and friendly service, making it a worthwhile stop for those passing through Florala.
