Panda Express offers Chinese-American cuisine, known as the "McDonald's of Chinese food" by some. The firecracker chicken and fried rice received mixed reviews, with comments about the sauce and undercooked rice. However, the orange chicken was highly praised, even compared to a life-changing culinary experience in China. The sesame dish had fewer pieces of protein and mostly vegetables, while the chow mein noodles were semi-warm in a take-out order. Service is generally quick and helpful, with staff being friendly and kind. Customers often mention the cleanliness of the restaurant and the pleasant attitude of the employees, who enjoy their jobs. Some found the food average or below, with complaints about limited menu options and potentially stale beef. Despite these mixed opinions, many appreciate the fast service and kid-friendly meals, making it a great choice for families.
