Shout out to Manager Amber for fixing a Door Dash order. Zaxbys was not at fault however my driver never showed up to pick up our food. Amber got in touch with them and got a driver assigned then remade our order, keeping us updated every step of the way!!! now that's what awesomeness looks like 🤜🤛🙌
I pulled up to drive-thru right at closing time so I offered to go somewhere else. The gang there insisted on taking my order and they were so awesome! Thanks to everyone for excellent customer service!!
