“Highly recommend Jeni's! I actually went to the one in Nashville when I was a child and remember getting a purple ice cream that had lavender in it. Imagine my surprise when, 10+ years later, I walk into this location and see Wildberry Lavender on the menu! I'll try other flavors (all delicious) but WL is my go-to at Jeni's! While I do really enjoy the flavor, it's really all about that beautiful purple color (my favorite)! “I stopped by Hello Bakery and was blown away by their delicious croissants—but what really stood out was the owner's kindness! I bought four pastries, and to my surprise, they gifted me a free almond croissant! 😍

Croissant Quality:
The croissants here are perfectly flaky, buttery, and freshly baked. The plain croissant had a crisp exterior with soft, airy layers inside, while the almond croissant (my free treat!) was rich, slightly sweet, and packed with crunchy almond goodness. Absolutely delicious!

Customer Service:
The owner was warm and welcoming, and the free croissant was such a lovely gesture. It’s rare to find a bakery that cares so much about making customers happy!

“Decided to take a last minute trip to Birmingham this weekend and wanted to try this place. Can’t recommend them enough! The customer service was phenomenal and automatically makes you want to go back. And to top it off, the cookies were so fresh and warm. Absolutely a place I will be visiting. “My hubby and I were looking for a place to get a quick meal, we're at McWane center and it was a couple of hours before the IMAX theater opened. We were told by one of the employees that across the street in the old Pitiz bldg were several places to eat, we walked throughout the food court seeings multiple spots with so many options to pick from. We wanted something fast, not to messy, decent prices, not to busy..... this eatery had a menu posted with prices, the young man there didn't rush us while we were trying to decide what we wanted. We ended up getting a 3pc catfish and fries each. The fish was delicious, crusty, hot and a little spicy. The fries were hot and generous, with a spicy kick to them. We got some of the house sauce to dip our fish and fries in also. We drank water, but there were options of soda drinks, icy slushy Nola Ice with several flavors. There were several choices on the short menu: catfish, chicken, Peaux Boys sandwiches, etc. The man who took our order was the cook, drink/Icy ice maker, the cashier and the server. We went late afternoon when the crowds were at a smaller pace, we seen people in the food court eating or drinking a variety of the options, a birthday being with friends, grandparent taking grandchild for ice cream, some security guards going through talking to vendors there and no one was complaining. It was a very nice delicious meal discovered in a place that I wouldn't have found if not for the MaWane employee. We plan on going back to both places soon😊⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+“

“I decided too try this new location because it's extremely convenient for me, and I see a lot of bad reviews on here. I didn't experience nothing bad, my food was fresh and hot and my dream shake was delicious. I did how ever notice a bunch of younger employees in there and they were looking like they didn't know what was going on. They kept asking me over and over about the ordering screen and even sent an employee out again about my order because they couldn't get it right, but after that they understood. So at least someone came to my car to get a better understanding so I appreciate that. I will come back to this location!!!“

“Great customer service by the young man working when we came. The young man took our order asked if we wanted dessert after we finished our meal we said yes. We were handed our cups for drink sat down and was brought our order to table fast. Young man came and asked if we were ready for our dessert and brought it to us. All while the young man was actually waiting for his break but waited til we were taken care of first.“

It was late night after a concert, but neither me or my cousin received the food that we ordered. It was Fresh and it was OK not seasoned well at all. The drinks were great. I just wish we would have gotten the food that we ordered that was disappointing but the customer service was great“

My bill was $3.07. I gave him $3 and I was digging in my pocketbook for the change I knew I had. I looked up and he was pulling his own personal change from his pocket. He was clearly intending to give me the 7¢ needed. He didn’t have to do that, but kindness is what I felt and I appreciated that. Little did he know I was taking my 86 yo father to have surgery on his eye. Anxiety and worry filled our car. He was a ray of sunshine and kindness. We/I needed that❤️.The receipt says a ladies name but it was a gentleman that made this expression.“

“We come here a couple times a month and are really impressed with the staff. We found out today the managers name is Byron. We just really wanted to commend him for the way he trains his staff and runs this location! They are always nice and the service is quick!“
