Every time we go we've tried something different and nothing is ever short of quality. Very small interior, basically just room for a few people to stand and the counter - but we don't really care about sitting inside, just be aware if that's your plan - there's no seating. Ladies behind the counter are always patient and kind.“

“We were headed to our usual TCBY after my oral surgery, but they were closed. Edgewood Creamery was the only shop open at 11 am.
I am so glad! The chocolate soft serve was delicious. So many shops no longer have it, but I am so glad they did. Such a great flavor and not too sweet. My husband had Chocolate Raspberry and Kahlua Almond Fudge! Perfect! There are a variety of flavors as well. The staff was pleasant and welcoming. The shop and bathrooms are very clean. Plenty of seating! Located in a lovely area with shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.“

I love other spots, but there’s something about soft serve and being able to add in whatever toppings you want and customize it to however your taste buds are feeling that day versus having a pre-made batch of ice cream. Flavors rotate seasonally and there’s always something new to try. But be warned, there is almost always a line, especially after dinner.“

“Rude, and slow. Wait times are too long, and employees serve you based on how loud and frequently you complain instead of how long you've been there. Also helps if you're POC. They're the only ones who seemed to have gotten out in less than 20 minutes consistently.“

“Me and my daughter stopped at Pizitz Food Hall as last minute decision. I had the 2 pc catfish, hush puppies and a side of red beans and rice (RBR) with a bottle of water came to $24.20, not including tip. I asked for my catfish to be fried hard. Being Louisiana raised, this was the BEST seasoned, fried to perfection catfish. I refused to give my daughter a corner. 🤗 The hush puppies have kernels of corn which was an added bonus. I will admit I was underwhelmed with the RBR as they were quite bland and little hard than I like. But the other items made up and caused me to be satisfied enough to return.

“I typically don't review fast food places but I felt I needed to after visiting DQ in Gardendale today. We dropped in for a sweet treat only to be met with the sweetest manager too. She was very personable and so nice. It almost felt like she went out of her way, and unlike so many people on these type jobs, she appeared to really love her job and her customers.“

“I really don't like the fact that they take one order per call when you are crowded in the inside and people choose to go through drive-throughs they should at least be able to take three orders and vehicle. Sometimes that's inconvenience for your customers“

“Horrible experience to start out. The youth are not too familiar with customer service and problem resolution. I did (however) give them 4 stars due to my follow up experience with Brandon (the manager). I would advise to check your entire order prior to leaving this location.“
