Karen served us through the drive-thru and she was so very patient and helpful. I was wanting to try something new so I had a few questions. She spoke very well, was SUPER polite and helpful and didn't rush us to order, and then her comrades, Tessa and Sierra assisted at the window and they were all just super nice and friendly. I know I'm giving them five stars, because the service is good and the roast beef sandwiches are always the best! You can't beat an Arby's roast beef!
But, I have to warn you, as they attempt to be everything to everyone, they sometimes fail. Arby's is really excited that the Philly cheesesteak is back. I don't know where it went.
