“Best Jacks I've ever been to! Friendly staff! I get my food quickly and its all warm and delicious! I almost given up on Jack's due to the awful experience I had in columbiana but thanks to the one is Harpersville I'll be eating Jacks more often.“

“They were amazing. I went right after work. Around 9 A.M. I server breakfast constantly so the idea of breakfast food made me sick. They went out of their way to fix something for me. To fix what I wanted with amazing attitudes, accommodations, and with smiles the entire time. Both, the drive through girl and cook deserve props!!!It was perfect and I am very appreciative for them. “Great location with good parking but with a weird drive thru workflow that makes it strange to get to the order menu if you happen to enter from the wrong direction. Overall the food is good, but like a lot of chains the serving sizes are getting smaller and prices are going up.“

They are always good about making sure all the extras are in the to go bag like plastic ware and condiments!Parking: Very small parking lot to match small dining room. It's a popular place, so you would probably have to wait on a table at busy times.“
