ordered 2 ultimate bbq bacon meals. the taste was good, however 3 peices of bacon instead of 6 like advertised. I swear the burger patties was nowhere near a quarter pound (even before cooked)and dry. the fries here are always undercooked.
When the cars in the Jack’s drive-thru (Harpersville) move forward at a rate of 1-car per 5-minutes, it makes me think they are dragging out the fact that they want to stop serving breakfast way earlier than they are supposed to. Do they not get graded for drive-thru speed? Last week they quit serving breakfast way before the cutoff time. This is horrible customer service!
