I'm from Cullman and my sister moved to Hartselle. we both ordered a stuffed potato and although it was good I will have to say that Johnny's BBQ in Cullman is much better. We also ordered and paid for extra sauces that we did not get.We ordered a lemon pie and it wasn't very good. I love ribs if they are cooked correctly, I may give the ribs a try.”

“We had a surprise 60th birthday party. We had 52 guests. They had a room that more than accommodated us all, let us come early to put up a banner, we rearranged some tables. They took drink orders and brought out chips and salsa as people were arriving. When the guest of honor got there, they took food orders and got food out timely. They kept drinks filled, chips on tables. They did not charge anything for the room, nor did they add gratuity to tickets. They went above and beyond for us. This is the best place I found to have the party at. Just make sure your guests tip extra good for them, as they worked so hard.”

“It's been awhile since I have been in Hartselle's Captain D's. I went in and ordered some to go plates. If the customer service I saw tonight is their norm then the staff should school our other fast food restaurants on how to run a business. The cashier was super friendly and helpful and the order filled promptly and correctly and the last thing I heard as I picked up my order was,"We appreciate you sir".”

“Everything was good except for one item. I had also ordered a whole chocolate pie. When I opened the box at home, it didn't look like the chocolate pies that I have ordered in the past. It didn't have the topping on it and it looked like a browny. It was chocolate but not what I was expecting. It looked baked. I didn't call them to see if they had changed their recipe or added this type of pie to the selection. The other food purchased was great.”

“My husband and I go through the drive-thru Monday through Saturday and we always get two small coffees and occasionally we will get a breakfast biscuit sandwich of some type. On Saturdays we get our small coffees sometimes medium coffees and order breakfast sandwiches for our grandchildren and the rest of the family that lives with us here in Hartselle. I just want to say out of all the restaurants here in Hartselle and from a lot that you see nowadays Hardee's is the best food the best service and we love you guys.”

“Someone that use to work there, I was disappointed at first! I came during the day around 11am on a monday and my sandwich was not the best. I went last night (Wednesday) my food was FANTASTIC. The best sandwich everrr. Was so fresh and so neat. The young man that was at the window was very respectful and the manager Chas was very professional and took her time with my food. 1000/10 I WILL BE BACK!”
