“Very disappointed in our visit tonight. The triple chocolate yogurt was out, 4 of the toppings in the wet bar were out, and the marshmallow topping out. We asked the employees (who were on personal phone calls the entire time we were checked out) if there were more brownies because I was really looking forward to them. We checked out in 2 separate orders so our kids could start eating while we made our desserts. No receipts were offered for either transaction. I went to the bathroom before leaving, and the bathroom was out of paper towels.“

A very unique, seasonal flavor featuring saffron, rose, and pistachio. The ice cream itself was pretty good, but the pistachio left a bit of a strange aftertaste that really ruined it. Would not get this again.

“I stopped by Hello Bakery and was blown away by their delicious croissants—but what really stood out was the owner's kindness! I bought four pastries, and to my surprise, they gifted me a free almond croissant! 😍

The croissants here are perfectly flaky, buttery, and freshly baked. The plain croissant had a crisp exterior with soft, airy layers inside, while the almond croissant (my free treat!) was rich, slightly sweet, and packed with crunchy almond goodness. Absolutely delicious!

Customer Service:
The owner was warm and welcoming, and the free croissant was such a lovely gesture. It’s rare to find a bakery that cares so much about making customers happy!

“I love going to this Crumbl when we are in the area. It became part of our routine during the time my son was going through treatment for Hodgkin’s Lymphoma at Children’s. We have continued the trips to get Crumbl cookies, cakes and pies when we are in town for checkups. This store is always clean, friendly, and the treats are top notch!! We are always super satisfied with what we get from here!“

“We walked up right at closing time and we were reading the menu and hours on the door. The owner opened the door and offered to serve us, 5 of us. The churros were amazing and the service was exceptional. I’m only in Birmingham every few weeks- but will be stopping by each time for a treat! You might find a dirty table now and again when a rush comes through but this place is very clean!! I can't even imagine what prompted the bad customer service unless someone was eating their yogurt before it was weighed but even then they will remind that signs are posted and it's just not allowed. This is because there is no flat fee for the yogurt and toppings... its weighed. People who eat their yogurt before it's paid for are literally stealing. 🤔 I drive from Birmingham because of the Customer Service and they have the best Acia Bowls around! yummmm“

“My first impressions were this is a very nice environment. Bright, open, airy and organized. I was excited to try the confetti cake bcuz I'd seen it at the Vestavia Hills location, but they were sold out of them. I'm not a regular customer so I wasn't sure if this cake was their first roll-out of large, shareable desserts. Anyway the cake was presented to me before it was boxed up and I was satisfied with its appearance. I finally tried some later on at home and was surprised that it tasted like a fine dusting of cornstarch was present on it. I mean, that's the first thing that came to mind. The cake had a large crumb like a box cake would. Overall, I was somewhat disappointed but I chalked it up to it being cold, as they keep certain desserts refrigerated. The baker did tell me the cake was brushed with condensed milk, which isn't a bad thing. It adds another layer of flavor and moisture. Well, at this point, I put the cake in the cabinet overnight. The next day, it tasted way better! I gave half of it away, and finished my piece. I can't wait until the strawberry shortcake rotates back around.“

However, recently they have been drive through only. Drive thru is great if you need that, but we prefer going in, sitting down and talking while we eat. What's up on Morgan Road, seems that you never have dine in anymore. We were by there 3 times this week and ended up somewhere else.
