“The catfish poboy was perfectly cooked, but light on seasoning. The blackened grouper poboy had just the right amount of spice. The creole okra was to die for. Our server, Destiny, was great.
We ate here again and had the blackened fish tacos. They were great and the slaw on them was wonderful.“

“Cajun Steamer in downtown Huntsville was amazing! Our server, Gracie, did a phenomenal job. She was running around taking care of what seemed like 1,000 tables at once, but she still kept a smile on her face and made sure we had everything we needed. Even with all those tables to attend to, she still took the time to help an older lady walk out of the restaurant. That really showed how kind and caring she is.

I ordered the chicken and sausage jambalaya, and it was some of the best food I’ve had since moving to Alabama. It reminded me of the food back home in Mississippi and New Orleans. The food, service, and atmosphere were all great.
