“Our daughter in law first turned us onto Salt + Light by bringing us the ckicken cordon bleu family meal. It was so good we started to follow on FB and now we are hooked! Food is fantastic and the owners are a pure delight! 10 out of 10! If you haven’t tried it you’re missing out! South Huntsville doesn’t have a lot of good eateries, but this food truck is our best kept secret!“

“Have you tried Southern Wagyu Meat Market?? This place is just getting started but I think they will become one of our communities MUST VISIT places for locals and visitors alike. The burgers are amazing!! But this weekend they did a Low Country Boil special. Y’all this was the BEST I have ever had (and I’ve he’d the original, in the original state!) Chef Marko knows his craft! And the waitstaff and team are awesome!! Don’t miss one of their in-house scratch made desserts!!! (Midnight Chocolate Cake is my go-to, but this time I tried the Oatmeal Cream Pie) No matter what you get, it will be delicious!!“

“We have been eating burgers from the Peppered for years now & highly recommend them. The “special” is always a fun creation, I got something new this time with pineapple and goat cheese that was very delicious, but the Bulgogi Burger with Korean BBQ sauce is our favorite. You can get several burgers on fries and skip the bun if you like. The sweet tea is the best in the area, imho. Service is always great, a shout out to Josh for always going above and beyond for customers.“

“I was at packard antiques around lunchtime and thought I’d give this place a try. I had tacos dorados and it was great! Well worth a visit (to both)!
Menu had a range of options for price. My tacos were about $10.50 and total with drink and tax was about $13.“

“We decided as a new HOA to have Catrina’s Mexican Food Truck out to our neighborhood . Let me first start by saying I knew it was going to be successful if their food was anything like their customer service ! Spot on!!! I called and spoke to the owners son who was so nice and informative . I even messaged him the Monday prior to them coming out ( which was a Saturday) and he got back to me faster than my own family ! Confirming the time and date and eager to serve the community. They came and set up and within minutes had a huge line of eager and hungry patrons ! Ordering was smooth as questions were answered to those that had them , and samples of delicious Aqua Fresca was given ( and even Horchata ) all of which had people adding to their orders or coming back for more ! Not only did people order almost non stop for the 2 hrs we had them out , but people came back for another additional order , drink ( or in the case of my children , more Churros )! Not one person who ordered left without a full belly and a need to have them back for another night in the neighborhood ! Honestly , I cannot say enough good things about them ! Catrina’s food is amazing , and the customer service , no appreciation for their customers gives this food truck a 10/10 for me and my neighborhood ! We will be booking them again!“
