“I had a delivery order that I purchased through the app, The DoorDash dasher didn’t not have my complete order I was missing items & also didn’t have my bag and food sealed.. so I called the store and explained to the manager that was on shift at the time and she was very concerned about her customer experience not only that she took the time to refund me my money back as well as in get my order sent back out fresh and made sure I had everything I needed! Everything was amazing especially the chicken chipotle pizza! I most definitely will be ordering again soon thanks to Ms. Chloe & her kindness and making sure her customer was happy & satisfied I most definitely encourage more restaurants or fast food chains to get more employees like Ms. Chloe. & also the GM Mr. TaylorI most definitely recommend this location ??“
“Good Morning, it’s breakfast time let’s go to Panera Bread Bridge-street Huntsville,AL & check out the meal offerings.
It took me a few minutes on the menu to decide and the young man waiting to record my order was patient. After telling my order of 2 Avo bread orders and a large coffee for here, the manager passed by and I recognized him as he was fairly new to this location. I can say there are subtle changes that show an involved manager and care has been taken, moral looks on the up & up also. Seeing more patrons is a sign of service improvement also. Thanks to the delicious food, clean & welcoming environment and friendly workers, I will find my way over for more peaceful meals and meetings with family & friends. Have a good day and remember you also could stop in and have or share an enjoyable meal or snack.“
“People have got to be jokin' when they say this Panera is a bad experience?? We visited today December 27 and the food came out very quickly and everyone working was super friendly and kind.
The food was delicious too. I honestly think you can't beat Panera for a delicious classic lunch. Sandwiches and soup. Nothing better than a classic.

“Our favorite spot for pastries! My hubby stopped here today to pick up some Orange Scones. They are always fresh and yummy, with an icing drizzle that is just perfect. The orange flavor is a bit tangy and a bit sweet.....A perfect pastry for a snack, breakfast or even dessert.“
