Cashier didnt talk much or show any emotion but was nice. Service was pretty fast everything fresh will be back to this location tasted better than airport location! It was BUSSIN!! I was in this exceptional restaurant again today and everything was even better than before. I dined in and forgot a package on the counter when I ordered. After I sat down, the extremely friendly and helpful Lady, that took my order, brought my package over to me. Not only are the Burgers and fries GREAT, the people that work there ARE EVEN BETTER.

“Love the walnut shrimp! The grilled chicken was so nasty. I wish I saved the picture I took. I don't know what it was but it was not chicken!! The look of it was like fake chicken that had been in plastic and water. And the taste and texture was just as gross. Don't recommend that. But the rice and everything else was great!!“

“The Cottage Hill location is the best Taco Bell in Mobile, AL, hands down. (The absolute best I’ve been to in the southern US as well) I go out of my way to go to this Taco Bell when there’s one a two minute drive from where I live. I tell people to come to this location specifically over any other Taco Bell in the area.
I’ve been coming to this location since college and have never had a bad experience. The food is always fresh no matter what time I come, the staff if always friendly, and my order is always correct.
Whoever their General Manager is, they’re doing something right, and I hope they get the biggest bonuses.

When i checked the bag (10 minutes down the road), my food multplied to a big mac, spicey chicken sandwich and a large fry. ? already down the road 5 miles, so i couldn't hand it back, so i suffered with the extra food. My calories went from excusable to add and day of fasting. Lol. Happy indulgence anyway!“

“While waiting for my food at the window, a spider crawled into my car. One of your employees, Joshua, came around and tried to locate the spider. He did everything he could to help me. He called my fears of the spider by letting me know what to do if I see it while driving. He is awesome and deserve a bit of praise for going above and beyond for me!“
