I have ate at a lot of Popeyes between Alabama and Mississippi and have ALWAYS been very please with the service and the food. Today I choose to eat at Popeyes in Lincoln Alabama. The place was nice, the service was good. I noticed the menu was seemed to be a little more expensive than usual. I even asked the server why, and she stated something about it being at a truck stop and close to the interstate. Our host, Willie was awesome! His behavior and attitude was quite welcoming! His handling of our order was professional and complete. His behavior towards his team was also excellent and so was theirs. Very good teamwork. It was refreshing to have a team not rushing us through our order or rushing in making the order and missing items. We were treated as important guests. Good job, y'all! Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen offers fast and delicious food with excellent customer service. The red beans and rice are a standout, although portions can be small for the price. The chicken tenders are crispy and flavorful, and the unique pickles on the chicken sandwich are fantastic. Some inconsistencies in breading and chicken portions have been noted, but overall, the food quality is good. However, this location does not offer the 3 piece whole wing meal available at other locations. Despite this, Popeyes provides a satisfying dining experience.
