“We ordered two trays online (1 toasted and 1 cold) thinking that “toasted” would be warm/steamed like in the restaurant. When I picked them up, the bread was toasted and then put in the cooler. When I explained what I had wanted, David was more than willing to accommodate me but told me I’d have to wait about 15 minutes. I totally understood that, but he insisted on giving me a gift card to make up for my wait. Cameron set about remaking the tray of subs using steamed meat and cheese! David and Cameron are two of the best!!! They kept apologizing about how long I had to wait. They were so quick to correct the order!“

“For those that are wondering why this subway got some bad ratings, I will say most of them are more than 5 years old which has changed as there is a new manager and owner that started 4 years ago. The workers are very hard-working and I would say this is one of the best subways I have been to! 🙂“

“I have not tried much of their menu, but what I did try was great. We didn't wait long at all. I was really confusing the lady trying to take my order. She was very sweet and helped me decide what I wanted. They have lots of items on the menu, and I just wanted plain chicken salad. It was good. My husband got a BLT-something. I can't remember exactly what it was. But, it was delicious! I think it was a chicken blt-ranch sandwich.“

“This is the best sub sandwich u can get people I know they don't have as much bread choices like there competitor but it's taste is spot on. “The manager Matt is incredible, he truly has made such a difference in the Madison location, I have loved firehouse for years but the previous management and staff at this location ruined it completely for me from their bad attitudes to the way the subs tasted. Since Matt has been there my family started going back to firehouse because of how much things have changed for the better, the quality of food and service is exceptional. We’re so happy Matt is there and we’re so thankful for him.“

“*** 1/10/24 Update: I stopped by this Subway after the remodel was complete, the people are still nice but be mindful that the meat and cheese section has a metal cover ovet it, so you cannot see what they are putting on your sandwich. One of the sandwiches I ordered was a turkey and the person who ate that sandwich stated that there was turkey and salami on the sandwich (not what they ordered and not something they normally eat) so they ended up getting ill. Because this location has this barrier that is not typical for a Subway I do not think I will be returning to this location.

“This subway is freaky fast and the workers engage with you like your family. The line was out the door and I was the last person in line. I looked down to check the time on my phone and the next thing I know I was eating my sub. They were beyond friendly and professional. I just wish the location wasn't so remote. My favorite artists are Carlos, Ced and Jordan! I don't know what their getting paid but I feel like their talents aren't being compensated enough. $⬆️“

“Great experience, but I was not able to order extra pickles on the side like I can at the one on 72. Other than that it was a great experience and the food was really delicious. I also had a coupon that I got since this is a new location. Very happy to not have to drive down 72 to get chicken salad chick.“

“I order both to go and in store here pretty often! I moved further into Madison, but I still make the drive for this location because they always get my order perfect! I'm super picky about how much sauce goes on my sandwich and this location always put the perfect amount!“
