This one usually does a great job with the food and service! There are only a few times that I have had to wait for a long period of time, which I understand comes with the industry of tons of online orders also coming in with diners and drive~thru. For that. “This was the first time I have ever been to Scooter's and they were very nice and friendly. They were out of cold brew, but the Barista kindly offered to make me something that was as close as possible to what I wanted. The drink I got was very good and I appreciated the effort.“

“Had a great time at the Bakingtist Sourdough class last Sunday, Heidi did a great job of keeping the entire class involved and the 4 hour class flew by.

Heidi came across a relateable instructor that was always willing to reclarify things for a new baker such as myself and I look forward to attending future classes:)

Nitpicking comment here -> You may want to put up some sound absorbant panels towards the backend of the classroom area to help mitigate some of the echo and make the instructor slightly easier to hear. Heidi did a great job of projecting, the room just made it slightly echoey in the back.“

“I shared a negative review earlier today because of the service I had over the phone. I sent an email to corporate about the service as well after being told the online ordering software was down to call and have an associate help me and when I did that the associate who answered the phone told me the service was down but he would only take a phone order for 3 dozen or more donuts and if I wanted less I was essentially out of luck. I got an email back fairly quickly from the owner and even though he offered me a free half dozen (I honestly didn’t want anything for free or even didn’t expect anything) his email was thoughtful, well written, and seemed genuine. I have removed the negative review and decided to give them a second chance. The owners customer service made up totally for the service his employee gave. I suspect he handled it promptly.“

I've worked closely with them on a regular basis and they are just the friendliest people in the world!
