“Our son lives in the area and every time we visit, we stop by for a milkshake, usually the chocolate horsejackery. Their milkshakes are consistently good and I like the fact they’re willing to split them into two separate cups so my husband and I can share one. The servers are usually friendly and the entire area is a fun environment.“

“Really good chicken fried in peanut oil. Very similar to Chick fil a but a little bigger and way more options. I enjoyed my chicken Corden bleu sandwich. The tenders were also excellent. The breading is nice and soft with good flavor and juicy chicken. The real star are the fries and the custard. You should absolutely get a bag of these shoestring fries so soft and smashable. We love a good custard and they make a great one. They do mix ins to. The mint Oreo is worth it every time and for chocolate lovers get the Dutch chocolate and add Oreo. Order at the counter. Seating and atmosphere is super typical little exposed brick some written words on the wall concrete uncomfortable chairs nothing bad but no place you want to linger. They do hit you up for a tip when you order which is just wrong for this type of place and will always make me think twice especially since prices are high already, wish they'd pull that down at least for the entry level sandwich. Two people can easily get over 40 dollars on the ticket here. Overall it's a good treat when you are in the right mood or grab some fries and custard for a quick snack.“

“Truly one of the best places to eat downtown Huntsville, Al! They have amazing staff members who really take care of you! The food is always fresh and the coffee is great. This is my number one spot for lunch! My son and I also love coming here for ice cream since it’s so convenient to the big springs park. “I went to Culver’s in Hazel Green today because I love the mushroom burger. There was two girls taking orders outside and I ask that they not cook my meat so well done. When I got to the window I again reminded the young lady about not cooking my burger so well done. She replied that Culver’s required them to cook all meat well done. I then told her that a lot of people on fb are complaining about over cooked meat. She said the management was aware and her job was to go around and help open new stores and was soon leaving there. I then got my diet root beer and pulled forward and then found I had no ice in my cup. I backed up and told her I had no ice in my drink. She replied that ice melts in hot sweet tea. I told her it was root beer. She then told me that root beer foams up to bad to put ice in it. So at this point I pulled forward again and when the young lady brought me my food I told her thank you and she said nothing. I am not saying these things because I am mad. I am only trying to help Culver’s. I spent the last 51 years in fast food business. You got a good thing going. Just need to listen to customers.“

“What a gem of a store. The paletas (popsicles) are fantastic. Great selection of flavors from normal to a bit more unique for Americans. Don't be scared, just try them. They are all fantastic. Some cream based, other fruit juice based. They have normal ice cream options too with toppings.“

“Marble Slab literally saved my wife's birthday—and probably my marriage. In my infinite wisdom, I somehow managed to order an ice cream cake with the wrong date, wrong flavor, and completely wrong size. Imagine my panic showing up several days early to pick up a cake that wasn't supposed to exist yet, only to discover that I'd created an accidental birthday disaster.

Enter the manager, heroically stepping in to sort out my comedy of errors. She calmly swapped my tiny, incorrect-flavor cake for the larger, delicious masterpiece my wife actually wanted, and didn't even fuss at my complete incompetence. Thanks to Marble Slab, not only did my wife have an amazing birthday, but I narrowly avoided spending the night on the couch.

Five stars for fantastic ice cream cakes and even better customer service. I'll be back—hopefully with fewer self-inflicted disasters next time!

“very good service awesome manager brought my wife's dipped cone out as she was finishing our late lunch and I'm a more slower chewer so the young man hung back when he saw me push my basket to middle of the table he had my flipped cone ready to serve I shook his hand and thanked him for great service these guys deserve as much praise as the clinical scientist do for keeping us safe I watch him clean two tables with sanitizer but let customer fully leave I am always stopping in this DQ THANKS AGSIN !!!“

“Asked about simple question. I asked for hash round...they said we dont have hash rounds. I ordered tater tots which are basically hash rounds by another name. Im not making your sonic my sonic. I can live without Sonic. They should've handle that better. Goodbye Shitty Sonic!“

“Jashira and the short lady that worked with her on 6/21 were the best! I ordered the passion fruit tea with blueberry boba and it was almost finished before I even made it back to my car!!Whoever the manager is here needs to do a better job of supporting their staff though. I think her name is Whitney. It doesn’t seem like she cares about the mental well being of her team.“
