I go to this BK OFTEN. Everyone there is always so nice & friendly! I go on late nights a lot on the way home from door dashing & one sweetheart works there and he is always so sweet & cheerful! The food is always fresh and hot. Even late at night. I’ve been going here for YEARS, watched staff come & go, and I have yet to see any type of bug so I’m not sure what that’s about! I'm with most in saying that the drive-thru is STUPID slow. The orders are rarely correct. While i have received 2 orders for free, it was because their system crashes frequently. From a business aspect....WHAT THE HECK??? You're losing money left and right and not only from that. I have seen employees walk in, not in uniform, go behind the counter, make themselves meals WITHOUT paying... and walk out, what's up with that?
