Starbucks in Mobile

“This is a standout Starbucks! The location is great. It's just of I-65 on the west side of the Mobile metro area. The store is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It's also larger than most Starbucks with plenty of seating. The staff is very professional, courteous, and attentive. I had a great latte while I got some work done. Got a coffee refill for the road.“

“I stopped here on my way to work, line moved very quickly, I was greeted so kindly and enthusiastically by Mark (I think that was his name, tall older male, black glasses, beard) - he was very patient and kind in the drive thru and it actually enticed me to do something nice and pay it forward to the car behind me! All smiles at the window, appropriate conversation & made the start to the morning 5x better! Will be back and hopefully greeted by him again! 😁“

“This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to, if you come in semi-regularly, the staff will remember you and even remember your order, and treat you like friends. “Beverage options such as veranda blend, elphabas cold brew and pike road coffee as well as their excellent orange juice are my chief attraction. Ham and Swiss baguette is chewy and very good as are the chocolate croissants, the turkey, provolone and pesto on chibatta is good.“

“Excellent service and good food. But the best thing is the service of all the staff, especially a girl whose name I don't remember, but she treated me like I was at home and helped me with my son. I recommend it 100%. I invite everyone to visit and experience it.“

“never had any issues with this Starbucks! gets busy when there's big events happening downtown, but doesn't any restaurant? pretty sure it started to mainly serve the Trustmark building so they're really not that big! doing great <3“

“Never had an issue with them, even when they get busy and crowded. Only downside is you can be waiting in line for around 15 mins during busy hours because it's the only Starbucks on campus. Service has always been great and my coffee orders have always been accurate.“

“Very nice location. The workers are so helpful and nice when asking about coffee. It’s also extremely helpful to stop for coffee while shopping. They also have coloring pages at a table to draw so it speeds up the wait if they are busy and the coffee is really good at this one.“

“It’s been a long time since I’ve had such an amazing drive-thru experience. Sabrina was extremely kind and had amazing energy. Working at Starbucks myself a while ago, I understand how long/ draining shifts can be. The fact that she has that much charisma and kindness to still give out caught me off guard.“
