Starbucks in Mobile

“I stopped here on my way to work, line moved very quickly, I was greeted so kindly and enthusiastically by Mark (I think that was his name, tall older male, black glasses, beard) - he was very patient and kind in the drive thru and it actually enticed me to do something nice and pay it forward to the car behind me! All smiles at the window, appropriate conversation & made the start to the morning 5x better! Will be back and hopefully greeted by him again! 😁“

“This is a standout Starbucks! The location is great. It's just of I-65 on the west side of the Mobile metro area. The store is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. It's also larger than most Starbucks with plenty of seating. The staff is very professional, courteous, and attentive. I had a great latte while I got some work done. Got a coffee refill for the road.“

“This is the best Starbucks I've ever been to, if you come in semi-regularly, the staff will remember you and even remember your order, and treat you like friends. Order is never made wrong, always served with the best attitude, regardless of how busy it is. Never disappointed or dissatisfied with service“

“Visited on 10/20/25 and was helped by Heather who gave phenomenal service to us! My husband and I stopped with our 2 toddler for a potty break and a pick me up coffee and heather went above and behind for us when she noticed our crazy kiddos who are both autistic and stemming at the time and she didn’t know our situation and took the extra steps to put a smile on our kids faces and remind us what it truly means to care! Will definitely be coming here from now on when in the area!“

“never had any issues with this Starbucks! gets busy when there's big events happening downtown, but doesn't any restaurant? pretty sure it started to mainly serve the Trustmark building so they're really not that big! doing great <3“

“Yeah, I mean, we pick it up. We do the drive-thru; it's so simple with Starbucks now. You know, you just place your order, and it's ready to go. I get the honey citrus tea; it's so fantastic! I have no idea what my girlfriend gets, but she goes there often, so obviously, it's good. We'll be back.“

“The staff was very nice. I went through the drive thru, and the service was fairly quick .of course 1 of my drinks. Was made different from all the other times. I have gotten it from several locations. So I figure it must have been a new worker.“

“Never had an issue with them, even when they get busy and crowded. Only downside is you can be waiting in line for around 15 mins during busy hours because it's the only Starbucks on campus. Service has always been great and my coffee orders have always been accurate.“

There are several local coffee shops with better coffee, however, if you need a cup of coffee at 6am, you can find an open Starbucks.\n\nI visit this location regularly when I am in Mobile to grab an early morning coffee with a friend.“

“The Baristas here are awesome, well managed, excellent customer service, friendly, always smiling. This is my go to place whenever I have a bad day, and they always make me feel better.
