“This place has the best fried Gordita. Much better Gordita than Gordos and Mi Pueblo... The tacos are delicious as well. One of the best Chorizo tacos I've had. The only thing to make this place perfect would be to have fresh tortillas, but I know fresh tortillas can be difficult to make for such a small place. I can't wait to come eat here again!“

“El Agave is one of our restaurants in Montevallo where locals and college students go to have some great Mexican food. They have drink specials at lunch and Tuesday evening margarita specials. The food is good, and I like their salsa, but I wish they had larger salsa bowls. They are quite small. Other
than that, it's great.“

“Great local brewery with a great atmosphere! W have been here several times and finally got around to writing a review. The beer is tasty and plentiful. If you're not sure what to get, the bartenders are happy to let you sample and try to find what you like. Local fun like bingo, trivia, and local music are added bonuses. You won't be disappointed if you like chcking our lcoal breweries.“

“The egg rolls are our favorite of any we have had elsewhere. The service is good and we always feel welcome. It’s our first choice for Chinese/Thai food.

Kid-friendliness: Our grand children always find things they enjoy. Ages 8, 13, 15 and 18. One thing I particularly like is that the noise/music is not so loud. You can have a conversation while enjoying your meal.“

The last few years we do a lot more takeout with our kids, and they get the orders perfect every single time for us.“

“Food is ok. The hibachi show is slightly lacking. Typically when you go to hibachi style restaurant you are anticipating a show by the cook. Here the cooks rush around and don't talk or interact much with the patrons. Dining room and waiting area need a much needed renovation. Server was very polite and attentive. Noodles and rice were really good as well as the chicken.“

“Usually it's the food that stands out the most, but today it was the waitress, Zoey. She was genuinely friendly and so pleasant! My predictable order of chicken parmesan didn't have the choicest pieces of chicken that it usually does, but it was still very good. Longhorn is my favorite restaurant these days!“
