“Always looking for a local place to eat when traveling. Found this and stopped for breakfast. It was delicious!!! Not only was the food good, the service was amazing. The waitress and the lady taking reservations. Will definitely stop again! oh the prices were very reasonable and portions big!“

“Maybe it was what I ordered. I've been to IHOP 3 times and this time I was not satisfied with the food. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs and the cheese in the eggs tasted like powdered cheese. Coffee was really good and so was the service but I will never order scrambled eggs again. I didn't care for the turkey bacon and that's all I saw on their menu so I got a side order. I brought the bacon and eggs home to my dog. This is the 1st time I've had a bad experience with the food.“

“This was our first visit to Jubilee Joe's, but it won't be our last. The food we ordered was amazing. The Etouffè was the best I have ever eaten, wonderful flavor and a nice kick of heat. We enjoyed it so much, we got some to go. The Seafood Gumbo was top notch. Again amazing flavor. The service was fantastic, as well. Friendly and attentive. “I have sat down multiple times to write this review and I’ve deleted it because I can’t seem to fully express how amazing this business and these owners truly are. My family and I visited this restaurant after my doctors appointment a couple of weeks ago, we are not from the area we actually live in Gadsden so it was our first time trying this restaurant. Let me just start out with this the food was absolutely delicious. I don’t have much of an appetite these days and I. An honestly say I finished almost all of my food and ate until I was stuffed and that isn’t something that happens very often. Each member of my family was 💯 happy with their food and was already planning out what they would order when we come back after my next appointment . I just opened a Farm Stand in our home town and while we were sitting and eating I spotted a mixer that was sitting off to the side with some other supplies. If you know anything about industrial mixers they are far from cheap I had been looking at a few in the $500 range so I thought I would just check. I asked the guy upfront if he could ask the owner if it was for sale and if so how much he was asking. The owner came and spoke to us and I quickly realized that the mixer he had was way more expensive than the ones I had been looking at and I told him I was sorry that I couldn’t even give him a fair price after looking up the kind he had . He looked at us and gave me a price that was astonishing to say the least , but I still didn’t have that much at the moment. He told me to give him what I could and then pay him later when I had it for the rest. This is a man who has never met me he had no reason to help me besides just being kind. When you hear this man talk about helping others and community he means it, it’s not just talk to make him sound good. I left his restaurant that day with a mixer that was several thousands of dollars. So I say all of that to say this Alabaster and surrounding areas yall are truly blessed to have a business that not only has amazing food but has amazing people who truly care about others, and from personal experience I can tell you they don’t have to have known you for years to treat you like family. We will be making this restaurant part of our stop each time we come through. Thank you again for blessing me I can’t tell you how much it has ment!“

“First time visit last night. Holy cow. Talk about amazing food. Ordered the Palmero (sp) pizza and salad. I felt like I was in Italy. The ingredients are so fresh tasting. Cant say enough about their pizza. Thin crust. Able to enjoy the pizza and not have a mouth full of bread. Fast service. Love the professionalism of the owner / bakers. They had on a chef coats and “Italy” caps. The place was extremely clean and VERY inviting. My friend that I went with used the facilités and she came out and was remarking how awesome the bathrooms even were. Def will be eating there again and again. Welcome to Trussville.“

In addition, they offer throughout the week live music entertainment, 1/2 off wine on Wednesday, kid’s eat free on Tuesdays, Cooking classes, and bouncy house for kiddos on the weekends. “Excellent service & food. We will be back. The restaurant was cozy and clean and quite Italian interior. Would be good for a date night. The server allowed my Mom & I to split an entree. The sides were a la carte with pasta dishes. They have plenty of salads but I would suggest they add something like green beans to the menu...a green vegetable besides salad. The bread was soft and tasty. I would suggest spaghetti noodles vs rigatoni/penne for the chicken parm but chicken was great.“

“We have always enjoyed Baha Burger. Due to medical issues, it’s been some time since we last ate there. The owner was always so courteous to us and eager for us try new things. He introduced me to the delicious remoulade that is a must for all things I order. However, our most recent experience made us feel differently. I know people have off days. We are all entitled to them….BUT…while we were eating, we overheard the owner yelling at the cook (he was standing directly behind us) about how many tater tots he put on my sons plate. He said it was too much for a child portion and went on and on about it. There were nine tater tots on his plate and he ate them all. My son overheard him yelling at the cook and asked me if he should give some of them back. That hurt my heart that my five year old felt guilty eating a meal that was set in front of him. I’m sure we will still give them our business because the food is amazing. I just hope the owner understands that sometimes things should be handled differently. Nine tater tots was not a true reason to have gotten so upset. Now if it had been ten….😜“
