“Absolutely wonderful customer service, the young ladies serving were beyond pleasant. I haven’t seen that kind of service since Covid started! The food was fantastic too, they have way more options for toppings than most everywhere I have been, great for customizing whatever you order.“

“Ordered chicken fajitas. If you eat fajitas you know how they come out of the kitchen. A cloud of heat and smoke! Most meat I've had in fajitas ever I think. Got meal deal with refried beans, rice, and all the fixins...brought lunch tomorrow home. Really good. She had a chicken quesadilla that was good too. Salsa, chips, all good.“

“Munoz is my favorite Mexican restaurant in town! Some of the best food and the best margaritas. The salsa is delicious and goes great with the chorizo dip (or plain cheese dip is chorizo isn’t your thing!) I used to always love the #39 Munoz Special with steak (steak over rice with cheese), but lately I’ve been moving on.. a little more plain and basic but you can’t go wrong with the beef soft tacos (add grilled onion if you’re feeling wild).. and I know it’s not really Mexican cuisine but sometimes I’m just craving chicken fingers and with as wild as it sounds… Munoz has some of THE best chicken fingers!!!! I’m not an avocado lover so the chicken soup isn’t for me, but I’ve never seen anyone order it and not love it!! The beef and steak burrito are also both amazing. I’ve never had something here I didn’t love and if you do - the staff is amazing and will fix it for you. They have great deals on margaritas. Amazing happy hour deals Monday-Thursday. (Also the half and half margaritas are so good - half frozen, half on the rocks… don’t knock it until you try it!!!) Noe is mine and my friends favorite server (we always ask for him if he’s there) but they’re all amazing. Sophia up from is great but again they all are. They make you feel like family.“

“Hands down my favorite Mexican restaurant! My wife and I come here at least once a week, it's gotten to the point where the staff know our orders almost before we sit down! The staff are wonderful and make sure you don't go without anything you need. If I HAD to complain about anything, it's that they don't let a drink get below half before refilling, but that's not a bad thing. :)The food is easily the biggest draw. I'm originally from California, so I've been around some good Mexican, but La Cazuela is still the best that I've ever had. Most Mexican restaurants have a very similar taste and style, but they stand out among the crowd, and stand head and shoulders above!I note this below in the parking section, but parking can get a little hectic during peak hours. The restaurant is popular and the parking lot can fill up. There is a church behind that will get used for overflow, but DO NOT park in front of the fire station!Parking: This is a very popular dining spot. If you're going around dinner time (about 6:00-7:30-ish), it can get extremely busy and parking can fill up.There is a church behind the restaurant (Gateway Family Church) that people will use as overflow parking, as the church is usually empty. DO NOT PARK in the grass in front of the fire station next door.“

“What a wonderful dinner we had at this restaurant. Found it by doing a Google search because we are staying at a hotel very close by We are from Florida and we’re not familiar with this area Based on the reviews, we thought this would be great to try We were not disappointed. The food was phenomenal and portions were huge for the price. Great value not an impressive building, but folks do not judge this book by its cover because it was awesome If we ever come back to this area, we would totally go there again we had the tex Fajitas the queso with the salsa and chips and Carnitas. Four hot and fresh tortillas with each Plate. Stuffage. ?“

“We stopped in for lunch, while visiting Trussville, Alabama. The establishment was clean and quite tidy even with the high volume of customers. We did enjoyed a delicious meal. My hubby ordered the Fat boy burrito and I two tacos(cheezy beef and redneck) both are served with chips and salsa. We each enjoyed a refreshingly tasty margarita, a perfect compliment to the meal. The staff was friendly, polite, and attentive to customers. We much appreciated the delicious and relaxing lunch, after our travels.“

“We've been eating here routinely for years and never had a bad meal or bad service. It's always amazing. Way more flavor than other local restaurants and there isn't a better margarita in the state of Alabama. The Chili Colorado, Table Side Guacamole, and Taquitos Mexicanos are our favorites.“

“This was our 1st visit to El Patron and definitely not our last. Service was good, food came out fast and was all delicious. The chips and salsa they brought to the table were crispy, not too salty, and the salsa was perfect. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated.“
