“Went to Amore tonight for our anniversary dinner. Our waiter, Robert, was outstanding explaining the specials of the day and suggesting a great wine which really complimented our dinner of shrimp and lobster linguine which was cooked to perfection. Our dessert of crème brûlée was spectacular! The best meal we have had in a while and I highly recommend Amore for a truly enjoyable experience.“

“I like how each table makes a person feel they have the restaurant to themselves. It is quiet and I didn't hear anything from the kitchen, bar and barely anything from other diners. I did like that my water glass was always full. That is a rare thing these days but it is the little things that make a difference. Our waitress was not overbearing but made sure we had everything at each point in the meal. It was unusual in a restaurant to not see cell phones being constantly used everywhere. I think the food and company takes over technology and I was not forced to listen to whatever music someone else might like- just quite, elegant ambience“

“First dining experience with the food truck tonight at Irondale’s Fun Day at the Tracks. It was absolutely DELICIOUS! I had the chicken bacon ranch pizza taco. Everything was fresh, the chicken was tender and the pizza wrap was perfectly toasted. Soft enough to fold, crispy enough to bite! My only complaint is why haven’t I eaten there before!! Is there a more than 5 star rating??? 🏆“

“Great atmosphere, wonderful service and delicious food. We ordered a pizza and rigatoni. The pizza had great flavor and a little kick. Very unique toppings but paired really well together! The rigatoni was a little disappointing in flavor compared to its description on the menu. Definitely wasn't spicy and was a little bland but it was still good, added chicken which was a large portion.
We also had old fashioned's with Maker's (our go to cocktail when we eat out somewhere nice) the bartender did an outstanding job. 👌
We will definitely visit this little spot again and try something new!“

“The only thing we really don't like about the Olive Garden restaurant in Trussville is they quit issuing your Tab you have to pay it thru a IPad that doesn't get it right , Hoovers Olive Garden doesn't do that we prefer eating there much better but my daughter and son-in-law likes the Trussville one better so that's why we had to eat there at the Trussville one for 2 of our Grandkids birthdays last night“

“Service was the worst we have ever had. When you walk in the hostess doesn't even look at you. We were seated in the bar section and then pointed at by the hostess and wait staff to tell the bartender to take our table instead of walking over and telling him they had three people pointing and saying we were his table. Could barely understand the bartender since he talked so low I had to guess mostly what he was asking. The only nice person we encountered was the food runner. And nope didn't ask if we wanted dessert or anything just gave us the check and left. Worst by far visit ever could have.“
