The manager on duty Michael gave my daughter a milkshake for coloring a picture and it just made her day he was so sweet.

He’s welcomed me back, brought out my food with a positive attitude, and genuinely made the experience better. On a previous visit when the restaurant was very busy and understaffed, he stayed upbeat, worked hard, and even gave my family free ice cream for the wait.
