“Visited them at bank of frankewing today. Everything looks so good it’s hard to decide.😫 ended up getting the pecan waffle, cinnamon roll waffle,chicken and waffle,and the bacon egg and cheese waffle. Everyone loved it all!! 1000/10 recommend 🩷“

“Yes everything was delicious, the ribs were probably my least favorite thing. They were overcooked and charred over, the grilled cheese on crack was good! The local beer they recommended was the best tasting beer I’ve had locally anywhere in a long time!!“

“Highly recommend! Southern Perks was recommended to me when I asked someone in town where we could get something for breakfast. Literally the best coffee and scones I’ve ever had in my life! So much, that I ordered a dozen scones and 2 lbs of coffee for next day pickup to take to a family vacation cabin to share with other family members. Service was awesome. I also recommend the Elderberry Jelly and tea assortment by Kelly. A great find! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Missie was the perfect blend of attentive and yet not overbearing. We had a few laughs with her and she made sure all of our drinks were full. The special attention she gave was not bringing our appetizer out because it was lacking in the proper proportions and instead made sure on our behalf that we get what we ordered.

The store was clean and the rest of the staff friendly.
Food came out on time too and was fresh and hot.
Would highly recommend this Red Lobster and don’t forget to ask for Missie!!!“

“Food and atmosphere was amazing. Food was quick and was delicious. The manager Amber also came to check on us and made sure we was happy. Our server, Danielle was also fantastic. Our food was out very quickly and was completely delicious. Would go back again.“

“Hailey was our server and she was amazing!! The black lady that cooked our food did a great job on the food. However, she has the worst personality towards everyone that walks through the door and to the servers. It began when I walked through the doors. I smiled/acknowledged her and she never spoke or smiled back. She looked as though she hated her job and that customers were just a nuisance. After she finished cooking our food, she sat down to play on her phone. When more customers came in, she sat there on her phone while Hailey had to call the order to her there. She looked mad to have to work, then stood up and shoved her chair in loud. Right in front of the customers that had just placed their order. Another employee that was off duty came in to ask a different younger sever if she would like to let her have the weekend shift. While they were discussing it, the cook turned around (in front of a pretty much packed house at that moment) and talked down to the younger server and making a scene when it already sounded like the two employees had already worked the shift situation out. You could tell that both employees were caught off guard and embarrassed by the cooks actions. The cook then called the younger server out about not assisting the customer that just sat down at the counter and was waiting patiently. She did this loud enough everyone could hear. This cook definitely needs retrained on what is acceptable behavior in front of the public and how to be a better team player/teacher to those working with her. I hate to leave a negative review because Hailey was such an awesome server and the only one to speak when coming through the door. However, no one should have to work with that amount of disrespect. Especially in front of customers!! Cook… do better!!“
