“We went to this Five Guys after visiting the butterfly feeding experience at Dothan Botanical Gardens, and it did not disappoint. The kids enjoyed hot dogs, fries, and a cheeseburger, while I had a small cheeseburger and my husband chose the little bacon cheeseburger. Everything was fresh, delicious, and prepared quickly, making it a great choice for a relaxed weekend family meal.“

“Hey y’all!!! I found another #GEM on accident today… 2 in one week!!! What ? In our little town? Yep!!! This one goes out to Austin today. Austin, you didn’t know it but I took notice on how quickly you got those two orders in front of me out and got me through the line at a crazy speed today. I don’t know who is running things at Captain D’s now, but y’all have made the most improvements I’ve ever seen happy at any fast food place. Y’all deserve some credit for also hiring some really great employees. One of which is my #GemEmployeeMission today. “Had a very nice dine in experience, the Lady at the front counter Liza was very accommodating, and constantly made sure we didn’t need anything additional and made sure the food was perfect. She was very busy with cleaning, assisting other customers and I believe taking some of the bags of customers that were pulled around outside. She was very delightful and my family and I always have great experiences out of this Mcdonald’s. Keep up the good work.“

“Fix the ice machine. I’m going through withdraws. Ice machine wasn’t acting right today, so they wouldn’t sell me my daily medium cup of ice, I even asked if I could just buy a small cup. But the manager said no. 😭 I miss my Vanilla Coke and ice😭😭“

“I went through drive through this evening, Ryan had the best customer service. It seems like lately, anywhere you go the service is just meh, but he was great and even made accommodations with my drink when realizing I was a type 1 diabetic and couldn't have sweet tea. I hope this restaurant realizes what a gem they have!“

“I love going When Ms. Jucinta is there. She already got me down on my name when my order pops up 😆 love it, you are the best 🫶. I do food deliveries and order from here and ALL of the staff are kind to me and prompt. The establishment is clean and my last order was delish!!! Thankyou so much for the great service. I got the meatball subs and one spicy bmt for me and my kids. So good 🤗“
