“This was probably my best waffle house experience. I have been to quite a few. Our server was an amazing young woman, very attentive even though she had a full restaurant and was the only server. The cook did a fine job as well. It was clean and just a great stop!“

Every order I’ve placed has been spot-on—crispy chicken, hot waffle fries, and perfectly prepared breakfast items like chicken biscuits and hash browns. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and never misses a “my pleasure.”
That said, the speed of service has felt a little off during my recent visits. The drive-thru lines can get long (as expected), but even once you’re in line or at the window, the rhythm sometimes feels clunky. It’s not chaotic—just slower than what I’ve come to expect from other Chick-fil-A locations. This might be due to it being a newer store still finding its groove, and I want to give grace for that.
What stands out is the team’s attitude. Even when it’s busy or a bit delayed, they don’t rush interactions or skip on courtesy. That professionalism matters and makes the wait a little more tolerable. I can see this store improving with time and training—and I’ll definitely keep returning, especially since the food quality hasn’t missed a beat.
Overall, it’s a solid addition to the Northport area. Once they tighten the flow a bit, it’ll match the excellence Chick-fil-A fans have come to expect.“
