“I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)“

“Stopped by from Oklahoma for a few days and we can’t stop eating at this place. It is SO GOOD we got to the speaker and they were very nice and lets me tell me order with ease and got everything right!!! And thanks for the extra butter!! Only a 4 star on service because we got 1 fork instead of 2“

“Called late (9:30pm) because my online app wouldn't take my order. I wanted the Family Box- 10 piece chicken. The manager said she only had breasts and wings left. I told her that would be fine. I got home and opened the box. We were given 4 big breasts and about 10 to 12 wings. It was a lot more than I paid for and it was perfect!“

“This place is great!...depending on who is working that day. New hires are bound to get in a hurry and mess up sometimes so I've started checking my sandwich when I pick it up. I'm really glad they started reading the special instructions so I can still get a good sandwich without standing there watching them the whole time.
Also, you might have to use a subway gift card to pay using the app due to endless errors.“

“They have had a problem with enough employees. Up until the last few months, all was great. It was hit or missed getting a correct order. The last 2 times, everything was correct. I just make sure I check my order before i leave the parking lot.“

“Look if you fire the night shift you will make a great improvement. They all suck. No the day shift Management made my order right and she served it in a totally different way. Thanks for correcting the mistake by the night shift. This is what happens when you put teenage boys in charge of something they don't care or they were trained inappropriately.
