“Better than average standard American Chinese food. The people are pleasant. We have always ordered takeout, and I’m pretty sure they’ve never gotten our order wrong. We’ve probably ordered from No 1 at least 20 times. The food has almost always been ready in 20 minutes or less and has always been hot. My only complaint is that the sesame chicken has only been crispy one time. It still tastes good and is one of our regularly ordered items, but it would be better if they left the chicken in the fryer just a little bit longer. They use a nice short grain rice that I really enjoy, and the kung pao chicken is a proper savory dish, not too sweet. If you’re ok with a little bonus fat in your life, the fried donuts are hard to stop eating.“

“Making this review due to the temporary closure. Unfortunately they had a fire. I have checked and they're working on reopening. Stated on the door trying to open in two weeks. (Mid may) a re-opening in June is possible.Pricing is decent, food here is better than most buffets in town.Please support them once they do.“

“Irritable Bao is delicious!!!! I have never eaten anything that was not good! My favorite is bang bang shrimp and Buffalo Bao. It is impeccably run, the owner is always kind and loves people. Part of the draw is seeing him each time you are there. The college kids can’t get enough. The line is often down the street. Our entire family loves it and eats it every visit which is OFTEN!“

Ming House never disappoints! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions—especially the hibachi boxes, which are absolutely worth it. I’ve tried the sushi, egg rolls, lo mein, and fried rice, and everything has been consistently tasty. The service is friendly and fast whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout.

It’s a great spot for affordable, satisfying meals. Definitely one of my go-to places in Auburn when I’m craving good Chinese food with a little extra! Highly recommend!“
