It’s probably the headache getting the better of me, but this gentleman came out with a big smile on his face and was so sweet And even walked my food out to me because he knew I had a headache thank you so much. I highly recommend the new management staff and Cracker Barrel in Oxford.“

“Just had dinner there with the wife and eating machine grandson. Bill was a little under $30, not bad. Food was great, try the cheese curds. The gal at the counter, Nicole, was so pleasant it made our meal even more enjoyable. Can't wait to go back.“

“Went very late tonight for a takeout order, just a burger nothing fancy. My app wasnt working so I called. A lovely young man named Matthew answered in the most polite voice asking what Id like. Even at midnight this crew was cleaning and smiling and laughing with a few customers and I was asked not once or twice, but 3 times if I needed anything or would like something while waiting.As unimpressed as I am with much pricier restaurants that dont have half the personality and very happy professional attitudes toward each customer and each other.
Or me at least ! Loved Matthew and the whole staff I saw! He made certain everything was perfect !“

“May 9, 2025 Friday Celebrating Mother's Day's dining at TR. Salad & applesauce were delicious, but the salad was lacking. It was extremely small. I requested salad without croutons. I just removed the croutons. I would have enjoyed a Sweet Baked Potato, butter only, but discovered TR soaks potatoes in bacon grease. I'm allergic to pork. Not a complaint. Just wish the rolls were baked longer. Friendly staff. Our Son, his Wife, Son, Daughter, my husband & I enjoyed dining together at TR. Our server did not return for refills. though. That was disappointing.“

“When we arrived, they were PACKED to the gills and everyone was still so friendly and kind. The food did take a good while to get to us, but again, they were slammed and getting reamed in the kitchen by the sounds of it. Jennifer Spryberry (??) was our server and she was an absolute gem. She always checked on us and made sure we werent forgotten. Everyone working there deserves to know how appreciated they were. Im sorry that not everyone was as kind and understanding about the place being so busy. You guys rocked.“
