I was asked to pull forward early this morning while on my way to work. I don't understand why customers have to pull up in a drive-thru, especially during the morning rush when the food should already be prepared and ready to serve. It was frustrating because I was trying to get to work on time, and having to wait defeated the purpose of using the drive-thru.
Spent 20 minutes in the drive threw, At 10:20pm. 2 people in the lobby and a line in drive through. Sat at the window for 10 minutes. Very irritated very upset with the wait. And food wasnt hot, and fries were softer and nastier than they should have been.
The night staff is too slow for the fast food industry

Wendy's offers a consistently fresh dining experience, with generous portions and attentive customer service. The saucy nuggets are so good, and a large fries with a strawberry lemonade is a fresh option. While some visits may encounter issues with order accuracy or staff attitude, the overall experience is generally positive, with hot, well-prepared meals. Food is always just thrown together and you rarely get your order as you asked. Instead of trying to fix financial issues by increasing prices and shrinking the size of the orders, try fixing the service first.
