“My partner and I had tried to have dinner at the waffle house on Boyd-Cooper and we ended up leaving due to attitude, incorect order and atmosphere (to-go cups,plates and utensils).
Thankfully we came here to the pike rd location where everything was completely different. Great customer service, hospitality and the food was excellent. After the first location I wanted to go somewhere else but my partner really wanted waffle house. I'm super glad I let her talk me into trying again.

“Had an awesome experience with Mellow Mushroom in Pike Road! Ordered online for a birthday party and everything was ready right on time, hot, and super fresh. The large House pizza was amazing, the pretzel bites (scored them free from a survey ) were perfect, and the new Pizza Rolls with hot honey were a HUGE hit—everyone loved them. Big shout out to the general management team Emily and JW for always taking great care of customers and making sure everything runs smooth. You can really tell they care, and it makes the whole experience even better. Thanks for making a birthday party dinner easy and delicious!”

We’re from Indiana and have never have had fried ribs - we are honestly upset we’ve got 30+ years never having these lol we had the shrimp quesadilla, chipotle egg roll, tilapia, shrimp/chicken rice bowl and rice bowl. 🤤 if you’re in the area and are a foodie, GO HERE! “I cannot speak for a lot of people... But when I go to a smokehouse, I'm looking for them to also serve catfish... Not every place but some.

I will say that the food that I ate was delicious. I tasted the ribs and they were very tender, very seasoned, with great smoke flavor. The catfish was very good as well.”

We had chicken schwarma dinners and the falafel platter. This place is the real deal. Very delicious authentic food- with the taste and smell we were taken back to the Middle East. “We celebrated my son’s birthday at Frenchies in Montgomery, and it was our very first visit. The restaurant is absolutely charming—like stepping into a cozy little hole-in-the-wall French café you’d expect to find in France. Because my youngest is autistic and doesn’t do well with crowds, we booked an early reservation. Our server was outstanding—exceptionally patient with my son and all his unique requests. That alone made the evening special. We started with the cheese board, tuna dip, mac & cheese, and escargot. What impressed me most was that our server didn’t rush us—she let us finish the starters before taking our entrée orders. I wish more places did this, since it gives you a chance to gauge how full you are before moving on. The French onion soup was a standout and an absolute must-try—it was among the best I’ve ever had. For entrées, we ordered the Croque Madame, the flounder, and the burger frites. Everything was cooked to order and beyond delicious. We finished with the crème brûlée, which was heavenly. The cost came to about $60 per person, but we ordered a lot since it was a special celebration, and it felt worth every penny. The restaurant is small and very popular—by the time we left, there were lines forming and the outdoor seating was already filling up. My advice: make reservations if you plan to go on a weekend and be adventurous with your choices—the menu is full of gems. We will definitely be returning!”
