“I have never had better chicken in my thirty years of living on this planet. The staff were all super friendly and on top of things. The fries were incredible, and even the Texas toast was great. Will be back if I’m ever in the area again“

“Food took 30 minutes to get but was overall excellent. The coke needed to be changed at the soda fountain (was just water coming out no coke) and bathrooms were pretty clean. It wasn't busy when we arrived - a mid Monday afternoon lunch - but overall experience was nice. Lady at the front counter was very friendly.“

“Tonight was the sixth different night, me and my husband have attempted to eat a Chicken Salad Chick in Cullman. Over the past two months, all six times we have been, they are out of everything. Tonight, they only had three kinds of chicken salads let and stated they were out of numerous other items. Keep in mind that this was not the end of the night, but actually a few minutes before 6:00 pm., all six times have been before seven o'clock and various days of the week. I don't know if it is management or what, but the Cullman store needs some help. I hate to see a good resturant close because of poor management. When I asked how often this happened, I was told all the time. Common sense tells me if I always run out, maybe I should make more, but nowadays people don't have much common sense. I would love to know who to contact to discuss this problem, before the resturant is completely run into the ground.“

“The Chick-fil-A staff here was so incredibly fast and accommodating. Our team of 27 with Connect Camps stopped for lunch and Eugene knew immediately how to accommodate us efficiently and with a warm smile. We had credit card trouble and Abasi was so patient and kind with us as we worked it out. Thank you so much to this wonderful staff!!“

“I love chicken salad chick when it comes to their food! Never disappointed. The service is pretty slow and sometimes you have to ask for someone to come take your order. Other than maybe needing more people up front working, I love it. Will always get the sassy scotty on a croissant with a side of potato soup!“

Now, last week I go and order the same thing, the chicken was smaller than chicken little. Bring the BIG BIRD back. Dont tease people with the orders.“

“KFC is barely hanging on because management has moved away from marinade times. This was once the best chicken around. Now they compete with others selling chicken.They do still have the best fries, and still is the only place other than my cooking where I will eat dark meat. When marinated and cooked properly no other can compete.One year ago I ordered around 3 P. M. and was served old chicken so I didn't return until the first Sunday in November 2022. Finally I got the taste and freshness I remember but I still fail to understand why timers aren't a priority all the time anymore.“

She was so sweet and took great care of the issues we were having with the app. She also didn't charge us for 4 sauces that we never receive like the other girls.“

“Was out this evening and saw KFC. Old memories and an unforgettable taste made me pull in and found plenty of parking.I was pleasantly met by my Ms.Erica. As she took my order my stomach growled in thinking of the 3 piece Big Box. Which came with mashed potatoes, slaw, a biscuit and Med. drink.While waiting I went to wash my hands. The restroom was as spotless as the dining area. The service , area and food was absolutely great and all those old memories were relived and satisfied .. yes I will return without a doubt.
