“Drive through speaker I've complained about for months volume is extremely low. Quite gasoline vehicles people often have to shut car off and the app for the Pinson location will indicate closed in the morning when they're clearly open however, I think it indicates open an hour after actual opening, perhaps daylight savings setting is off.“

“The absolute best!! We love Mr. West’s, can’t count how many times we’ve been since they opened! The food is always fresh and delicious, and comes so quickly! We have tried just about everything on the menu, and I’d recommend it all. My personal favorites are the shrimp tempura rice bowl, the spicy garlic noodles, the nachos, and the dumplings. You truly can’t go wrong!“

“I've been driving past this place for months and thought I needed to try it. Today was the day, Chili Cheese dogs for me and Slaw dogs for a co-worker. Fries and Tots too, both of out meals were good, friendly people behind the counter too. Looks like they have a good variety of other standards for this type of small restaurant. “It's in the middle of the city basically and, they do give military discounts so I got 15% off military discount babe I mean the food's not to die for but the food is good, it's better than you can make it home, but it's expensive. And I mean I believe that it's more expensive than your average restaurant, I mean it's not McDonald's either so, you get better food for the same price then you would at McDonald's but it's still $20 to go in there and eat and so I just think that that's getting too expensive I guess it's comparable to anywhere else, but it's still ridiculous“

“This place is probably one of the few places you will get a good burger in trussville. The night shift is the A team. They might not look like the happiest bunch of folk, but they really are the low key A team. My man with the dreads kills it on the grill. He asked what did i want, I told him just make it good, and he didn't disappoint.“

“I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.“

“Ok, so we have eaten Hero a few times, since coming to Trussville but it’s never been a “go-to”. Today, we grabbed some breakfast. We were able to order online and then drive thru to pick up. The food was hot and ready, upon arriving so it was very efficient. As someone who is not a huge breakfast fan I absolutely LOVE that the full menu is available all day. I ordered the chicken sandwich and my husband a burger. We also got the loaded tots with nuggets on top to share. Holy moly. I cannot possibly convey the flavors! Everything was absolutely delicious!!!! How in the world do you guys make these tots? I’ve never had anything like them! What was previously our once per year stop quickly became our favorite breakfast option in town this morning. Can’t wait to try additional items from the menu!!!!“

“Stopped by for a quick lunch in the car. The young man taking my order rushed me a bit but I’m sure that it was to help the drive thru move along smoothly.

At the window I received a smile and great service from Tremayah. She confirmed my drink before handing it to me. I watched her recount my change before handing it to me to ensure accuracy, and asked me if I needed anything else.

My bag not only contained hot, fresh food but also the sauce I asked for (two of them!), napkins AND a straw. That’s all I ask for or expect with fast food. Tremayah was just an added bonus with her pleasant demeanor and work ethic“

“I had not been to a Sneaky Pete’s in at least 30 years, always had great food so working in the area I decided to stop.
WOW! SO GLAD I DID!
The ladies working there were SO sweet and nice, the food was as great as I remembered. This brings back great memories.
I got the loaded dog, it was too big for me to eat for lunch, a really fat sausage with special sauce, meat sauce, fries, jalapeños and cheese sauce with a side of fries and a drink.
It was messy but oh so tasty! Even though it is about 8 miles away I will definitely be coming back, not just for the food but the service as well.
Message to the owner, you need to keep those ladies at whatever it costs! Wish I had gotten names but the ladies working in 10/25/24 were great!“
