“This is one of the better places to eat in Pinson. The food is good, service is always good and friendly.

Most of the people that work there are like family to me.

“The lady in the purple HBD Grimace shirt was on top of things and she was one of the nicest McDonald's employees I have ever encountered. Also the girl with red hair didn't personally help me but I overheard her helping another couple and she was very polite and helpful as well.“

“Let me start off by saying that these have got to be the messiest burgers on the planet. But.... they are well worth every napkin that you will use. I got the biggest burger that they offer, and let me tell you, I can eat, but I could barely find the room to eat half of it. It was so good. I highly recommend Hamburger Heaven. They are an icon in the Gardendale area. Oh, and their shakes are really good also.“

“I've been driving past this place for months and thought I needed to try it. Today was the day, Chili Cheese dogs for me and Slaw dogs for a co-worker. Fries and Tots too, both of out meals were good, friendly people behind the counter too. Looks like they have a good variety of other standards for this type of small restaurant. “I used to visit the Homewood location but I’m very happy there is one closer to me now in Trussville. The staff is always very kind and helpful! The food is exactly what you expect. Unmatched in the area as far as donuts go. But their other food options are great! I love the chicken minis they have for breakfast with crispy hash browns. Definitely recommend visiting this restaurant for a quick bite.“

“I like Five Guys’ foods and service very much. I was so disappointed in the service today, though, that I feel compelled to write this in hope that the manager at the Fultondale location will see it. I went in to place an order, but noticed one employee was cooking food and there was no one at the register. As I walked to the register, I passed two employees seated at one table and another employee seated at a separate table. I stood at the register waiting, but no employee approached. The cook, who was quite busy, saw me and called to someone, but still no one came. One employee at a table rose and walked to the back of the room, so I thought she had gone back to go behind the counter, but she came back to her table having just gone to refill her cup. We made eye contact, so she knew I was waiting. But neither she nor the other two employees made any attempt to assist me. After another six minutes, with no acknowledgment at all from the three seated employees,I left. I won’t give up on Five Guys after one bad experience, but I hope the manager will see this write-up and use it as a teaching moment for today’s staff.“

“I had not been to a Sneaky Pete’s in at least 30 years, always had great food so working in the area I decided to stop.
WOW! SO GLAD I DID!
The ladies working there were SO sweet and nice, the food was as great as I remembered. This brings back great memories.
I got the loaded dog, it was too big for me to eat for lunch, a really fat sausage with special sauce, meat sauce, fries, jalapeños and cheese sauce with a side of fries and a drink.
It was messy but oh so tasty! Even though it is about 8 miles away I will definitely be coming back, not just for the food but the service as well.
Message to the owner, you need to keep those ladies at whatever it costs! Wish I had gotten names but the ladies working in 10/25/24 were great!“

“Stopped by here for breakfast on a trip. I haven't had Hardee's in a long time. The food was great & made to order.

The staff were nice and polite. The lobby was decent. There are plenty of tables and booths to choose from.

With this location, the bathroom definitely needed some attention. Other than that, give the menu a try.“

“Was across the street at gas station when I noticed all these cars going in and out so I had to find out and the food was pretty good for my first time always had the Milo's tea . The only thing I was disappointed about was the shake machine was down. That's what I really wanted to try with burger. No shake minus 1 star.“
