Love the Prattville location! Had brunch there yesterday. The food was great and served timely. Dawn was our server and she was excellent. All of the employees were friendly and welcoming. Overall, a great experience - worth the drive from Montgomery.
We always enjoy eating our favorite choices. There’s something for everyone’s tastes. We enjoy the laidback atmosphere and shopping the wide variety of gifts and specialty items.
We had a delicious breakfast at the Prattville Cracker Barrel. Our service was spot on and the food cooked to perfection. If you want a perfect cup of coffee their blend of coffee is a favorite.

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store offers excellent service and tasty food like grilled chicken strips and grandma's breakfast. The green beans are exceptional, and the portions are generous. The restaurant also allows overnight parking. Although one customer found the southern chicken too salty, overall, the positive changes and fantastic service make it a great dining experience.
The restaurant is known for its delicious pot roast, which a customer described as the best they've ever had from a restaurant, almost as good as their father's homemade version. The grilled tenders are also praised as delicious, and the restaurant is considered the best among all Cracker Barrel locations the customer has visited. Another customer, however, found the food and service to be merely okay, without anything particularly memorable. In contrast, a customer from Cincinnati, Ohio, who had grown dissatisfied with their local Cracker Barrel locations, had a fantastic experience at the Prattville, Alabama, restaurant, where the server was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the staff was efficient and well-managed.
