Today I would not recommend Prattville, Alabama Cracker Barrel for breakfast. It was a Monday, they were in no way busy, and we thought food should be out fast. It was longer than the number of customers in the place warranted. I always order my eggs the same way, medium, yellow soft, but make sure the whites are done. My kids and I usually have great experiences at Cracker Barrel. We would shop at the gift shop, find unique items, buy some snacks and enjoy a meal that has always seemed to be made with love, until our last experience. We waited 45 minutes for our food, watched others get their order before us and our food was cold. Not even warm, but cold. We always enjoy eating our favorite choices. There’s something for everyone’s tastes. We enjoy the laidback atmosphere and shopping the wide variety of gifts and specialty items.

In contrast, a customer from Cincinnati, Ohio, who had grown dissatisfied with their local Cracker Barrel locations, had a fantastic experience at the Prattville, Alabama, restaurant, where the server was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious, and the staff was efficient and well-managed.
