However, on Oct. 11th, 2024 at 11:10PM the night manager there was absolutely amazing. The best service I ever recieved at this location and she was a joy to do business with. Let her run the place and bring in people like her, because her customer service is elite.“

“Nice little quaint local bar off of the downtown strip in Gadsden. Mostly plays rock/indie type music with sometimes sprinkles of rap in the mix.
My personal FAVORITE bartender is Ms. Wednesday 😃 hands down AH-MAZE-ING customer service skills and gets drinks and food orders out in a timely manner with out ever really getting flustered or unsteady. **Great personality**
Chill vibes. There is a pool table (only one). You have to request the pool stick from the bar tender and they usually typically will ask to hold either a drivers liscence or debit/credit card for "insurance"

“I have left this review in other spots in addition to this one. This restaurant earned the effort. There were three of us. We had 45 minutes to eat and then 15 to get to the courthouse for a meeting. I had seen the place a few weeks before and wanted to try it. When we arrived the parking lot was about full. Good sign for food quality usually. Bad sign for someone who only has 45 minutes to eat. We asked the wait-staff if they thought they could pull-off a 30 minute race to get our food to the table. She worked with us by advising what meals/items took longer to prepare and we said game on. Best burgers I have had in Alabama in a decade. T H E B E S T !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All three of us were in awe of how good the meal was. The wait-staff was fast, courteous, knowledgable, helpful, and pleasant. I am usually happy if I get just two of those in a server. Our server had them all. We are already planning to go back for a less rushed, more relaxed dinner soon. The dining room was clean, comfortable, and did not have the echo-filled cafeteria acoustics a lot of places do. Outstanding place. Outstanding burgers. Outstanding service. I highly recommend it.“

“I visited Mcdonalds in Southside Al with my family for dinner. We had a rather large order so was pulled up. We never mind this as we know it can be an inconvenience to the staff. The young man who brought our food out was very sweet, greeted us, and brought back things we needed. I didn't catch his name but he deserves a raise (Tall, red hair, big grin from ear to ear)“

“They have had a problem with enough employees. Up until the last few months, all was great. It was hit or missed getting a correct order. The last 2 times, everything was correct. I just make sure I check my order before i leave the parking lot.“

“The young lady was real rude and kept trying to end my order before I could get done then my food was cold, I got a bacon cheese biscuit and the biscuit had way to much butter and was very hard the bacon was so tough I couldn't chew it and the cheese was beside the biscuit instead of being in it like it should have been“

“I had the best experience that I have ever had at a McDonald’s ! The young lady that took my order, I believe her name was Bree . She was the sweetest and most helpful employee from any location that I have ever met . She was so patient with me and my 7 year old who couldn’t make up his mind what he wanted so she helped us . I wished every employee was like this . Thank you Bree for being so kind, and no I don’t know her . I know her folks are very proud of this beautiful young lady . After waiting 20 mins for our food (we were the only ones waiting inside) my husband went up and asked about our food. The staff said she put it together a few mins ago and the phone rang and she forgot about it. Good thing I told my husband to go check. When you’re on a road trip you’re trying to be quick. That’s why it’s called fast food. This location was anything but fast. We’ll stop at another location next time.“
