“A group of ladies came for dinner and it was delicious! Chicken and dumplings with cornbread was homemade and the fried catfish was seasoned well and fried crispy. Paisley our waitress was very attentive and nice.. don’t miss out eating at this gem!”

“I dined here Wednesday evening. Franklin greeted us and was very friendly. I had the lasagna, my favorite! It came to the table fresh from the oven. It was delicious as always. The food here beats any Italian restaurant anywhere! They have a friendly staff and make you feel at home. I will be returning often!”

“The food was good. I have steak and shrimp. The steak was cooked perfectly but it was a little salty. The shrimp said grilled on the menu but came out blackened. I will.definitely ask next time as Im not a fan of blackened seasoning. Other than that it was good and we will go back”

“The rice was a 10 outta 10! Chicken had good flavor and the Lagoon bowl was a meal in itself but worked great as a shared dessert.
Clean picnic tables with umbrellas to stay in the shade while you eat.

Staff had a total of 5 people working and they all were friendly and thanked us for stopping by.
If this place was not hour and a half from home they would know me by name.

“Friendly employees, always delicious. The lunch buffet is always fresh and delicious. Off the menu, I recommend the jalapeno chicken and the yellow curry. Also, when I am sick, all I want is their hot and sour soup. Nothing better to clear up a head cold.”

The beautiful wife had the deluxe burritos and fully enjoyed it and the price was no where near what you would think. Well worth the drive. “My food is always ready very quickly. I think that the interior might have been remodeled, which gives it a nice look. It’s clean as well. My only complaint is that they can sometimes be out of stock on items (such as American cheese, cookies, or certain chips), but I understand if I just came on a busy day.”

It was a very pleasant experience. We like to go there after a hot day on the lake. It's good and hot and fresh and plenty of room to park with the boat.”
