Jack's is my favorite burger in town! Also love the mashed potatoes and gravy! Haven't really tried the chicken, and I know I should. The burgers are made with higher quality ingredients. The employees are quick and efficient. Everyone is helpful! Use the app for good deals! Thank you Jack's!Kid-friendliness: Jack's is a nice cross between sit down dinner and fast food. Big dining room. Nice atmosphere for families with kids.
I came in with my greenpower team. They did a great job on getting the order out in a timely fashion. My only complaint is that you could tell the food I ordered was old, so it was really dry.

The employees take pride in their job so much that they know their customer's orders, even on a busy Saturday morning. This past Saturday, a customer had an incident at the restaurant and the staff was immediately attentive to the situation and provided full assistance to the customer AND had the kitchen preparing their order at the same time. It was fabulous to witness.
