“Great Starbucks location. Love the batistas.The only problem is when the delivery truck is there. I feel it's up to starbucks to tell the driver to park away from drive thru.If line is formed in drive thru you can't turn into parking lot and get by due to delivery truck. He should have to park like the one from sub place next door.

Parking: It's a minimal and even more hectic due to starbucks delivery truck some mornings. You can't pull in hardly due to it. Rest of the time it's packed.“

“Great little place for coffee and quick breakfast! The bacon, egg, Gouda bagel its great! Recommend, also the nutella late, butter beer latte iced and even the avocado toast! I had mine with egg, and tomato. We also got pumpkin loaf bread and coffee cake for dessert! Everything was great!“

Expert in coffee, food, great customer service -while also a master in bargain shopping. Loved his energy and personality! The young lady taking my order was friendly and had a wonderful smile and great customer service. The young man making my coffee spoke to me and was genuinely nice and made an amazing iced latte. “Never had an issue with them, even when they get busy and crowded. Only downside is you can be waiting in line for around 15 mins during busy hours because it's the only Starbucks on campus. Service has always been great and my coffee orders have always been accurate.“

“It’s the ONLY Starbucks I go to when I treat myself to their overpriced coffee but I’m okay with the price because of the smiling faces & the unforgettable kindness of the whole staff at this location! Amber at the drive thru is someone who can make even the worst mornings become the best mornings! She is genuinely considerate & doesn’t have an ounce of impatience within! She shared with me that I could get a certain flavor of coffee that’s not specifically listed on the menu which made my whole day to know that for next time & even added that flavor to my coffee I ordered that day! Also, her customer service skill is unmatched by other locations I’ve visited in the past & it reflects on the quality of service specifically at that Starbucks that ensures that I & others will continue to go back! I drive past this location legitimately every single day & I stop anytime I’m affordably able to treat myself to their wonderful aromas & flavors of coffee that Starbucks offers! This location has yet to make me a bad cup of coffee & they’ve even offered me free coffee as they’re one of the safe places for DV victims/survivors (like myself) & though that was a few years ago I have never forgotten their genuine care & helpfulness they gave me & allowed me to sit in there all day as long as I didn’t disturb any of the customers or staff members which I didn’t I sat there quietly on my phone & ordered a coffee with the last of my $ & stayed seated until I was able to find a way to a safe place I could stay. The management & staff have always been so welcoming & helpful to all & they’ve got at least one forever customer! Keep up the great job you guys! Because good customer service is difficult to find & we (customers) all appreciate the service we receive from you all at this Fantabulous Starbucks! Also, if you haven’t visited the Greer’s in downtown on St. Louis St. you can find me there 5 days a week being as dedicated as possible to giving everyone the greatest customer support & services I love to offer to all! And we’re not a typical grocery store with our amazing food & roof top dining area & coffee bar that serves old Dutch ice cream along with several other delicious in house baked goods & breakfast sandwiches!
