“Had a great experience this morning at the bank location. I am not a big coffee drinker, so wasn’t too sure what to order. Matthew was so friendly, helpful, and just really seemed to enjoy his job. He even made sure I liked my drink before I walked away from the counter. I got my toddler a strawberry banana smoothie and a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant… he inhaled both. I got a sugar free coconut/sugar free salted caramel iced coffee that was great; not too sweet, not too bitter. We utilized the outdoor seating area, which was gated, so it was great to let my toddler “be a toddler,” without disturbing others. The only thing that would have made it better would be canopies or shade over the outdoor seating area. We will be back!“

“The tea is good, but particularly expensive compared to other places. I was not acknowledged at all and there was only one register open, which I was not told until at least ten minutes after I got there. I wasn't sure because there was no one at either register, they were standing behind the counter chatting.“

“I just went through the drive thru and man was it such a good experience. The guy with the sleeve tattoo deserves a Raise! He was so friendly. My order was wrong and he had it fixed before it ever got to me!! 👏🏻 that’s just awesome. Little did he know I’ve had the worst week. I had to put my fur baby down and I’ve been down all week. “I already love Dodge's, been a long-time customer since they opened up many moons ago. Love the crispitos, egg rolld with a side of check cashing and decent gas prices. However, idk where ya'll found Houston, but he is the ginger ray of happy sunshine ya'll need in the middle of the night! Not knocking anyone else customer service, but I love a good almost aggressively-friendly, polite, professional, quick, customer - oriented front line worker. I'm a hotel manager. Had a long, rough day, feeling like I shouldnt be so friendly, because I always have to be so serious and deal with people when they're at they're worst most days, especially lately. I walked in Dodges, didnt speak because I didnt want to, I was in my feelings, but Houston greets you from the door - loud but friendly as heck. I was so pleased. Was attentive to everyone ahead of me. He moves like he's on his 3rd of 4 Red bulls, with the quick thinking and efficiency with a smile and commanding friendliness that I need to go find again in myself. I was so impressed that I had to tell him that he's so friendly, don't EVER change that. I pray life doesn't life the way it does to force him to change from being a ray of sunshine in somebodies dark night. Stay that way, Houston. Give that man a raise of at minimum $5 more dollars PER hour. He deserves it. I'll be back at night just for some kindess when its needed. Or when I want a crispito and an egg roll. :)“

“Great experience EVERY. TIME. What’s good? Burgers? YEP! Fries? YEP! Beignets? YEP YEP YEP!!! And ask for a fresh, house made strawberry lemonade - THE BEST!“

“Let me start off this review by shouting out Jwanza! She runs her crew like the Navy and is the best to her customers. Though I had a bit of a wait for my coffee she made sure it was made just right and that I knew I wasn't forgotten about.

The food is always good here, but I mostly just stop by to get coffee before work. The coffee is usually pretty fresh and for the iced coffee it's even better. The atmosphere is like any generic McDonald's, but it was fairly clean which was nice.

All in all, besides the longish wait (which was made up for by Jawanza's kindness), I would always reccomend this McDonald's for a quick bite in Mobile!
