“Best coffee ever“

“Not going to lie, I’m usually a Starbucks girly and I’ve never been able to find anything at yellowhammer that I actually like (don’t come for me lol) but today I was passing by, so I gave it another chance and Shelby (at the bank location— cottage hill/schillinger) was so so sweet and helped me find something that I actually LOVVE! She definitely gained y’all a new customer :)“

“Had a great experience this morning at the bank location. I am not a big coffee drinker, so wasn’t too sure what to order. Matthew was so friendly, helpful, and just really seemed to enjoy his job. He even made sure I liked my drink before I walked away from the counter. I got my toddler a strawberry banana smoothie and a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant… he inhaled both. I got a sugar free coconut/sugar free salted caramel iced coffee that was great; not too sweet, not too bitter. We utilized the outdoor seating area, which was gated, so it was great to let my toddler “be a toddler,” without disturbing others. The only thing that would have made it better would be canopies or shade over the outdoor seating area. We will be back!“

“The tea is good, but particularly expensive compared to other places. I was not acknowledged at all and there was only one register open, which I was not told until at least ten minutes after I got there. I wasn't sure because there was no one at either register, they were standing behind the counter chatting.“

“It’s the ONLY Starbucks I go to when I treat myself to their overpriced coffee but I’m okay with the price because of the smiling faces & the unforgettable kindness of the whole staff at this location! Amber at the drive thru is someone who can make even the worst mornings become the best mornings! She is genuinely considerate & doesn’t have an ounce of impatience within! She shared with me that I could get a certain flavor of coffee that’s not specifically listed on the menu which made my whole day to know that for next time & even added that flavor to my coffee I ordered that day! Also, her customer service skill is unmatched by other locations I’ve visited in the past & it reflects on the quality of service specifically at that Starbucks that ensures that I & others will continue to go back! I drive past this location legitimately every single day & I stop anytime I’m affordably able to treat myself to their wonderful aromas & flavors of coffee that Starbucks offers! This location has yet to make me a bad cup of coffee & they’ve even offered me free coffee as they’re one of the safe places for DV victims/survivors (like myself) & though that was a few years ago I have never forgotten their genuine care & helpfulness they gave me & allowed me to sit in there all day as long as I didn’t disturb any of the customers or staff members which I didn’t I sat there quietly on my phone & ordered a coffee with the last of my $ & stayed seated until I was able to find a way to a safe place I could stay. The management & staff have always been so welcoming & helpful to all & they’ve got at least one forever customer! Keep up the great job you guys! Because good customer service is difficult to find & we (customers) all appreciate the service we receive from you all at this Fantabulous Starbucks! Also, if you haven’t visited the Greer’s in downtown on St. Louis St. you can find me there 5 days a week being as dedicated as possible to giving everyone the greatest customer support & services I love to offer to all! I’m the smiling lady at the cash register say Good Morning, Good Afternoon, or Good Evening! Welcome to Greers! And we’re not a typical grocery store with our amazing food & roof top dining area & coffee bar that serves old Dutch ice cream along with several other delicious in house baked goods & breakfast sandwiches! Come check it out! You’ll want to grocery shop there every time! Also, we serve draft beer, wine, & margaritas that you can shop & drink or enjoy in one of our dining areas! “I love the staff of the Dodges store on schillinger road. They are always very helpful.
Why on Sunday can just one of the 5 TVs in the store have the Saints Game on ?
Does the owner not like the thousands of folks from New Orleans that now live in Mobile ?
When I have asked that just ONE of the TV's be out on the saints game I've been told the staff is not allowed to change the channel.
Can the person who does have the authority consider the demographics of the store customers ?
The Washington game was on today and I don't think anyone in this part of the country cares . The other TVs just seemed to have on a random channel.
Maybe at least the store manager should have enough autonomy to make such a small decision?
I know they are very capable people.

“Great experience EVERY. TIME. What’s good? Burgers? YEP! Fries? YEP! Beignets? YEP YEP YEP!!! And ask for a fresh, house made strawberry lemonade - THE BEST!“

“Let me start off this review by shouting out Jwanza! She runs her crew like the Navy and is the best to her customers. Though I had a bit of a wait for my coffee she made sure it was made just right and that I knew I wasn't forgotten about.

The food is always good here, but I mostly just stop by to get coffee before work. The coffee is usually pretty fresh and for the iced coffee it's even better. The atmosphere is like any generic McDonald's, but it was fairly clean which was nice.

All in all, besides the longish wait (which was made up for by Jawanza's kindness), I would always reccomend this McDonald's for a quick bite in Mobile!
