“Best coffee ever“

“I visited the location at airport and snow today. I went inside for the 1st time as I usually go through the drive through. There were 6+ employees. My coffee could have tasted like a dumpster fire and I would not have cared because of how happy and kind the employees were. Every human in that building was happy to be at work today or did a 10/10 job at faking it. What a blessing to be that happy at work. Shout out to the owners or managers. I know how hard it is to cohesively get a group of people that happy to be at work and you guys are doing something right. Full disclosure-my coffee was delicious and not a dumpster fire. Contrary to the majority of humans,I will be back for the customer service-not the coffee.“

“Love the BLT! Excellent staff and lovely ginger tea!“

“Had a great experience this morning at the bank location. I am not a big coffee drinker, so wasn’t too sure what to order. Matthew was so friendly, helpful, and just really seemed to enjoy his job. He even made sure I liked my drink before I walked away from the counter. I got my toddler a strawberry banana smoothie and a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant… he inhaled both. I got a sugar free coconut/sugar free salted caramel iced coffee that was great; not too sweet, not too bitter. We utilized the outdoor seating area, which was gated, so it was great to let my toddler “be a toddler,” without disturbing others. The only thing that would have made it better would be canopies or shade over the outdoor seating area. We will be back!“

“This is a very cozy place and the cofee and service is amazing. Starbucks is across the street but I would rather go into the mall with my friends or by myself to experience the ambience of the beautiful atmosphere and great service. The cofee is remarkable as well and I will go again and again and again.“

“The tea is good, but particularly expensive compared to other places. I was not acknowledged at all and there was only one register open, which I was not told until at least ten minutes after I got there. I wasn't sure because there was no one at either register, they were standing behind the counter chatting.“

“Excellent service and good food. But the best thing is the service of all the staff, especially a girl whose name I don't remember, but she treated me like I was at home and helped me with my son. I recommend it 100%. I invite everyone to visit and experience it.“

“I just went through the drive thru and man was it such a good experience. The guy with the sleeve tattoo deserves a Raise! He was so friendly. My order was wrong and he had it fixed before it ever got to me!! 👏🏻 that’s just awesome. Little did he know I’ve had the worst week. I had to put my fur baby down and I’ve been down all week. He brightened my day and put a smile on my face. Thankyou sir!“

“The smoke saugage with the egg and cheese was so soft and hot and the cheesy hash browns was hot and so delicious 😋 the service was good but they didn’t ask me to come again but overall awesome….went ate some lunch I had some wings half and half they was fresh and good and the cashier was awesome her name was Rebecca and Crystal they was smiling and made sure I was taken care of and sent me on my way with a smile on my face and said I see you next time!!!!!“

“The SWEETEST owner & staff! I haven't had loaded tea in foreverrr, due to a bad experience at a different shop in Mobile. But upon arrival, at Luxe, they had great suggestions and were so incredibly kind, patient, & thorough when I was asking about different options. Will definitely go back regularly! “Let me start off this review by shouting out Jwanza! She runs her crew like the Navy and is the best to her customers. Though I had a bit of a wait for my coffee she made sure it was made just right and that I knew I wasn't forgotten about.

The food is always good here, but I mostly just stop by to get coffee before work. The coffee is usually pretty fresh and for the iced coffee it's even better. The atmosphere is like any generic McDonald's, but it was fairly clean which was nice.

All in all, besides the longish wait (which was made up for by Jawanza's kindness), I would always reccomend this McDonald's for a quick bite in Mobile!
