“Best coffee ever“

“I visited the location at airport and snow today. I went inside for the 1st time as I usually go through the drive through. There were 6+ employees. My coffee could have tasted like a dumpster fire and I would not have cared because of how happy and kind the employees were. Every human in that building was happy to be at work today or did a 10/10 job at faking it. What a blessing to be that happy at work. Shout out to the owners or managers. I know how hard it is to cohesively get a group of people that happy to be at work and you guys are doing something right. Full disclosure-my coffee was delicious and not a dumpster fire. Contrary to the majority of humans,I will be back for the customer service-not the coffee.“

“I come here a few times a week during my work break. Every drink I've tried is delicious but I keep coming back to this one 🤤 the workers are always kind and respectful and the shop is a cute vibe all around. I have not a single complaint :)“

Starbucks is across the street but I would rather go into the mall with my friends or by myself to experience the ambience of the beautiful atmosphere and great service. The cofee is remarkable as well and I will go again and again and again.“

“Visited on 10/20/25 and was helped by Heather who gave phenomenal service to us! My husband and I stopped with our 2 toddler for a potty break and a pick me up coffee and heather went above and behind for us when she noticed our crazy kiddos who are both autistic and stemming at the time and she didn’t know our situation and took the extra steps to put a smile on our kids faces and remind us what it truly means to care! Will definitely be coming here from now on when in the area!“

“Yeah, I mean, we pick it up. We do the drive-thru; it's so simple with Starbucks now. You know, you just place your order, and it's ready to go. I get the honey citrus tea; it's so fantastic! I have no idea what my girlfriend gets, but she goes there often, so obviously, it's good. We'll be back.“

“Never had an issue with them, even when they get busy and crowded. Only downside is you can be waiting in line for around 15 mins during busy hours because it's the only Starbucks on campus. Service has always been great and my coffee orders have always been accurate.“

There are several local coffee shops with better coffee, however, if you need a cup of coffee at 6am, you can find an open Starbucks.\n\nI visit this location regularly when I am in Mobile to grab an early morning coffee with a friend.“

But upon arrival, at Luxe, they had great suggestions and were so incredibly kind, patient, & thorough when I was asking about different options. Will definitely go back regularly! “Let me start off this review by shouting out Jwanza! She runs her crew like the Navy and is the best to her customers. Though I had a bit of a wait for my coffee she made sure it was made just right and that I knew I wasn't forgotten about.

The food is always good here, but I mostly just stop by to get coffee before work. The coffee is usually pretty fresh and for the iced coffee it's even better. The atmosphere is like any generic McDonald's, but it was fairly clean which was nice.

All in all, besides the longish wait (which was made up for by Jawanza's kindness), I would always reccomend this McDonald's for a quick bite in Mobile!
