“Me and my family tried it yesterday and were left very disappointed. We should have left when we saw no one there but we decided to give it a go. To start off the cashier was not friendly when we were asking about items. Next after ordering several items she didn't explain the process of getting the beverages and just stuck them out the other window. Soon after that, she came and said she was out of chips for the brisket nachos that were ordered, so she put them on fries. We then received our food, which was subpar, so much that my wife and son wouldn't even eat it. My son went to ask about the apple sauce he ordered and was rudely told they were out of it.Suffice to say, we will not be returning and do not recommend this to anyone.“

“Fries were hot and crispy. The frosty was nice because it was very warm outside. The young lady who took my order was very sweet. The restaurant area needed to be mopped because there was a puddle on the floor, but a sign was up. So not great or terrible.“

Stopped by Five Guys in Daphne, AL during a quick break from Christmas shopping, and it was exactly what we needed! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat. Manager Anthony and his entire team were absolutely phenomenal—friendly, attentive, and clearly proud of what they do.

The service was fast and efficient, even during a busy time, and the food was fresh, hot, and made perfectly. Burgers were juicy, fries were plentiful (as always!), and everything tasted amazing. You can truly tell when a team works well together, and Anthony leads with excellence—his team reflects that.

This was the perfect spot to recharge during a hectic holiday shopping day. Great food, great service, and a team that goes above and beyond to make customers feel appreciated. Five Guys Daphne is doing it right! We’ll definitely be back. 🍔🍟🎄“
