Since my last visit things have changed. Pulled up to drive thru at 9:30 am. The person asked if they could help me I said 1 sec and they again asked what I wanted. I asked them to wait my wife told me I told them and again she was rushing me. I would have probably ordered more but I was ready to just not even get anything.
And during this there is absolutely no one else in line. Get to the window pay and she asks me to pull up. Again no o e is even thinking of pulling in here. Guess that also explains why two buildings up the lines are 3 deep at chic- filet. Guess where I'll be going from now on. The rude kids are goi g to ruin a lot of businesses. I'll not go back there and be treated like I'm wasting their time.“

“we love mancis..however last Monday we were there and service was very scattered. Margo was the server adn well let's just say we waited long times for things when there was no crowd. along with staff cleaning well before closing times. As this will not steer our routine of going there i am not pleased with the service that night at all.“

“This is the ABSOLUTE BEST Five Guys in all of lower Alabama and the West Florida Panhandle area. The fries are always crispy and delicious. They are limp and under cooked at most of the other stores (except the Pace, FL store). The burgers are always cooked completely, and not pink in the middle, like I sometimes get in Pensacola. But most importantly, the staff is always super friendly and keep the atmosphere welcoming and fun.“

“I recommend them for their drinks! The drinks are really good and worth the price you pay! The food on the other hand is usually good, but this specific visit I asked for no onions on my sandwich and they still put onions on it. I told the waiter that I said no onions and showed him where they had onions on it and he said oh OK and didn't come back to the table until 10 minutes later with some sauce I ordered. So I guess that just meant that my sandwich wasn't gonna get remade or anything, so I just picked out the onions, but it still smells like onions. Total bummer and waste of money at that point but I didn't wanna cause a scene. I'll say if you get your food check to make sure it's right because nothing was done for mine“

A perfect pit stop while you’re out and about and just want some yummy, classic fast food goodness. Who doesn’t love a freshly made burger with a crispy fry and perfectly bubbly soda or delicious sweet tea??“
