“I always have a pleasant experience with this location. They keep in mind my preferences and know me by voice, order, and name. I often order for my spouse and myself, and they're always kind and friendly. I have worked in food service so I know you can't always please everyone, but I am shocked reading the reviews. I have never witnessed the actions that have been expressed in the previous reviews (although I can't dismiss them either). I recently visited on the Red cup day, which prompted me to write a review because although the workers were extremely overwhelmed with order volume they were still warm and friendly. I enjoy all the ladies that work there and wanted to recognize them!“

“Ok while the donuts (ones they have) are good & so are the other items. BUT the customer service is NOT good, there is no “Good morning, Thank you, or come back to see us” nothing! No personality it seems. Also the selection is no where near what the menu is. I’ve been several times lately and they have 3 different flavors of donuts. Please don’t have a menu if you don’t have the items. Just my opinion. Like I said the items they have are great! I know this is a very mixed review.“

“$4.69 for a large order of fries! What!?!?!?!?!?!? The container wasn't even full! I got a large coke and large fry, and the total was just shy of $8.00! What have we come to when an order of fries (equated to less than 1 medium size Idaho potato!) costs as much as a 3 lb bag of potatoes! I won't do that again! McDonald's corporate: You guys are ripping your customers off!!“
