Chick-Fil-A just sets the standard for customer service.
I went to this location to get Breakfast and everything was fantastic. Service was quick and friendly. I would in particular like to recognize Addison who took my order, she was beyond friendly and interactive and made my morning better! She worked very efficiently to make sure I had a great experience.
Food is mostly good, but the last couple of times the fries were not fresh

The restaurant still provides a welcoming atmosphere, with a recently reopened play area available for families and children. The service is excellent, and the food is fresh and hot. The staff is really nice and greets customers warmly. Allison, a cashier, was praised for her patience, pleasantness, cheerfulness, and helpfulness, going above and beyond to connect with customers. Elizabet, another staff member, was commended for her beautiful customer service, welcoming customers, taking orders, and ensuring the dining area was clean. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the ice used, which is described as slushy and watery, affecting the taste of drinks. Additionally, the parking lot experience has slowed down, and some customers find the staff less friendly, requiring them to ask for drink carriers, straws, and napkins.
