“My wife & I with three friends stopped for lunch - I had the BLT, it was like a club sandwich with twice the BLT - it was outstanding. Everyone else had breakfast meals - every item was cooked perfectly - crispy bacon, eggs cooked correctly, home fries, & biscuits. Family owned & staffed, and they do a great job - friendly, down-home people.“

“My husband stopped by this location on our way home and ordered 24pk of Krystal burgers. After we pulled through the lady said it was going to be a few minutes if we didnt mind waiting. We did wait about 10-15 mins but the lady apologized for our wait time. A smile and being nice goes a long way in my opinion so we didn't mind the wait and the burgers were good.“

“I went through the drive-thru last night and the lady at the window was so sweet and so polite and very friendly you don't see that very much anymore customer service is just about going out of the window but anyway it was a wonderful experience and then when I went to the next window to get my food the young lady was real sweet and she gave me my drink and I actually drove off without my food but when I got home and realized I didn't have it I went back and they still had it waiting for me so it was really nice“

“Recent visit to this Wendy's was very surprising and good. After two Wendy's in Mobile closing down from what I would suspect from poor service and food since that is what I experienced on several visits this Wendy's may have hope.

I can't tell you how unpleasant the workers at the other two branches were and we experienced the same poor service at this branch until this last visit. In prior visits we received poor service, the orders were not correct and the food was not good.

Something must have happened and the owner decided they needed to do better. The lady who gave me my food actually had a smile and carried on a friendly conversation with me. That within itself was a major improvement. Then when I got home I learned my food order was correct and very good.

My son and I decided to try this branch again and he said the workers were friendly and our order was correct. That's great because we like Wendy's food and have for a long time until we stopped getting good service and food several months ago.

So maybe they've turned things around and we have a good Wendy's branch in Mobile like it used to be when they were making good commercials and offering good food.“
