“I love firehouse sub. It's my favorite sandwich store. I took my grandkids to eat there around 7 pm in fort Smith on Rogers. The food was excellent. When we were done I took everything in to the trash. As we were leaving the manager, a black lady, asked us to go clean the mess weade. The thing is that all that was left was a ti y scrap of meat and lettuce on the ground under the table. I left a tip, and put all of the trash and baskets away. There was no reason for her to be rude to us. Also always before I have been greeted loudly when walking into the store. That was lacking tonight. Thank you.“

“I did an online order and came to pick up my order. I had two cold cut trios. I had to wait on the guy to put bread in the oven and take some out. Not a big deal. The bread did seem a little smaller than normal, and they could use more veggies on the sandwiches. Other than that, it was good.“
