“There was a young man working today and he is also the person that I had contact. When I walked in he was finishing a transaction and preparing for his next customer, me. Once he noticed I was walking to the Subway side he immediately acknowledged me by saying that he would be right with me. He was efficient, pleasant and someone who offered me guidance with my order. I didn’t get his name but he was a young man with darker hair and potentially of Hispanic descent. Too often we take the time to say when things go wrong but don’t even notice when things go right. Well this young guy can have my word that if he desires, he can accomplish anything! Thanks for the best subway lunch yet!!!“

“Food is great we enjoy it. The lunch manager is rude and you can tell he doesn't like his job. Every time we've been (at least 6 times) he doesn't smile, doesn't help when someone asks a question, and seems put out when he has to help at the counter. That makes the place unenjoyable“
