“Wow — so impressed! My husband and I have been wanting to try in person but haven’t had the time. We even signed up for the text message promos months ago with intentions of stopping by. Today is Memorial Day and I’ve been sick and decided to door dash Capriotti’s and we are blown away. Everything was perfect and so fresh. Fresh deli meat and toppings, very generous portions, soft bread and wonderful cookies. Thank you for treating delivery orders as you would any other customer! Can’t wait to visit in person.“

“Haven’t been to this store in about a year, I noticed a significant change in customer service and cleanliness, our sandwiches were made to perfection with genuine smiles and greetings. Heather and Seven were our Sandwich makers and were quick and accurate. Will go back to this store again when going to Subway even though a farther drive because customer service and experience was that good.
Thanks again Heather and Seven for showing us what a well run Subway feels like.

“Had the Mouse Trap (toasted sandwich with a bunch of cheese and veggies) and it was delicious! Surprised at how much they packed on it. My dad had the Grinder and thought it was equally good. Paired nicely with a beer at Bike Rack brewing. I’ll be back!“
“Sub was truly good and for that we will likely be back.
However the service was not good. I was asked by 4 different people what my order was. One simply asked what my order was then explained what its toppings were before walking away… I’m aware of what its toppings are, I ordered the sub!
I think the main issue is the ordering process isn’t made clear to the employees or the customer. For example, do I order my shake with the guy making the sandwich or with the guy at the register?
Sandwich guy seems busy making sandwiches, perhaps it’s the guy at the register but no, register guy told me I was suppose to order it sandwich guy… ok, thanks for tell me your coworker wasn’t doing his job?
The issue is clearly with the process. Many other companies (Panda Express, Chipotle, Crisp and Green) have figured this out and make it easy for the customer. Please do the same so the next visit is better for us and for the staff.“

“had an awesome experience at Subway today thanks to Kim! She greeted me with a big smile, took her time making sure my order was exactly right, and made the whole visit super smooth. You can tell she cares about great service and takes pride in what she does. My sandwich was fresh, made perfectly, and she even gave a couple helpful suggestions that made it even better.“

“Came through drive thru didn't know what I wanted being first time there Sam was helpful and patient then order my food being what I ordered was pizza and calhzone time wasn't a bad wait time at all Hilary was a big help in order received window food was great place was clean would recommend 5 out of 5 thanks for good first time experience“

He was also very efficient in getting my order out quickly and accurately. The quality of the food was good as well. This Subway is very fortunate to have an employee like Jeffrey. My visit was a very pleasant.“
