“Visited October, 2023. THE BEST ONION RINGS EVER! Soft, sweet cooked circle of onion in a firm, crisp not-too-thick outer shell. Got the Pig sandwich which was good with some crisp bits in the smoky chopped pork. It was the right balance with coleslaw tucked inside and generous squirts of the vinegar based sauce at the table. All topped off with great service. It's an understated small-town, casual restaurant. Staff was welcoming & made me feel at home. Most customers were acquainted with each other so it gave a friendly, family reunion type vibe. Worth repeating!“
“Food was fresh and really good. Eveeyone was friendly and the place looked really clean. Prices a little high but everything is going up so I don't hold it against them. Only thing was I didn't get sauce on my pulled pork sandwhich“
